Ordered a bedroom set, tv chedt came in black supposed to be white like rest of set. Scheduled redelivery . Recvd 4, hour window planned leave work to neet . They changed time to evening Then back again. Msny phone calls long wait times while they talk to depot Many lies and stories . Not willing to work with me . Needless to say i am suppoded to accomadate to whatever they say. Which i did and they changed and screw the customer. Read more

Bobs Discount Furniture - Recliner sofa peeling off badly and broken spring

I purchased a whole bedroom set and a recliner sofa from bob's furniture store. When purchasing, the salesman asked me to buy the 5 year goof proof warranty which will cover basically everything and if there is any problem that they will replace it for me so I did. My sofa is peeling off badly, so bad that it is embarrassing to even keep it at home and the spring supporting the footrest broke twice within 4 years of use. I called for the service... Read more

THIS IS THE WORST FURNITURE YOU CAN BUY. I ONLY HAD THIS SOFA FOR 3 YEARS AND IT IS PEELING AT THE SEAMS. I ACTUALLY PAID FOR THE GOOF PROOF PLAN WHICH IS SUPPOSED TO COVER DAMAGE TO THE SOFA BUT WHEN I CALLED THEM ABOUT MY PEELING THEY SAID IT WAS A FACTORY DEFECT AND I SHOULD CALL BOBS. I'm writing this to warn anyone thinking of buying "leather" couches. Contrary to what you think, $1,200 IS cheap: IF they were truly leather couches. One real leather couch would start at something like $5,000 to $6,000 and up! What you purchased was "bonded leather" which is code for Glued leather/vinyl particles. It's really just cheap vinyl which is why if peels. IT'S JUNK and I am on a mission to stop this *** from being sold to anyone.... Read more

So disappointed and dissatisfied with this company. Purchased a Sierra couch 26 months ago, and it was always a problem. Cushions ripped and they eventually brought us new ones. Now the frame is broken. Customer service requested photos which we provided. They lost them and then found them a month later. They declined the claim saying that it was the frame of a couch we bought in 2012. Explained bought in 2014, and they said send the photos... Read more

I purchased a sofa and lift up ottoman on April 15, 2016. On May 15 it was delivered. Long story short it is the wrong color, missing legs (and no place to screw them in), missing springs, and the pillows are stuffed with what I can only describe as fake hair! We purchased our furniture and literally have paid for it 3 times at this point. Supposedly a new manager is in charge and they want to credit our account 2 payments to make up for their billing issues and lack of proper disclosure when we purchased our furniture. BUYER BEWARE! This is not an honest company to do business to purchase from ever!

I asked for delivery anytime after 5 during the week or a weekend. They scheduled it for 7:30 in the morning midweek, when we work. We explained this and they offered to cancel the order, but said we had to skip work to resolve it and there was nothing they could do.
