Purchased a couch , got the wrong one looks cheap plastic legs , call customer called care to return it , they said no body is available to pick until the following week , day of the pick up nobody shows up was waiting the whole, bottom line worst experience I ever had will purchase nothing from there . We bought a living room set from Bobs in late 2012, we had a newborn and a puppy and the salesman pushed the bobs goof proof saying it covers any damage the kids or dog could do plus it covers all damages from rips, tears, stains etc so after being told and reassured by our salesman that goof proof covers everything that could happen to the furniture we fell into the trap that unfortunately... We purchased a Bob O'Pedic Mattress in May 2014. Yes thought we were getting a good mattress turns out Its made poorly. Its NOT WHAT WE EXPECT to say the least. I lapsed the 30-60 day grace period, of dissatisfaction of the mattress. It's not what we expect in the product. It's very uncomfortable and cannot seeing this product lasting. Bobs on wood heaven has the worst manager Kevin who does not how to do his job he just yes people ! The best manager was Keith whom is no longer with the company I can see why? Bobs on wood heaven blvd have the rudist people in customer service dept they promise onetyhing and when it come time to produce no one knows what your taking about there manager who name is Kevin talks a lot of *** there best manager whom is no longer with the store Keith got things done would never buy or recommend anyone to bobs Add comment

I was at the Lincoln Street Bobs in Worcester, MA today. I removed the cushions on several loveseats to check whether they were sleepers or not. DO NOT ENROLL IN THE ACCEPTANCE NOW PROGRAM. THEY HIDE THE TRUE FACTS OF THE DETAILS OF THE DEAL. I UTILIZED ACCEPTANCE NOW IN BOBS FURNITURE IN DELAWARE. I would give them less than a 1 star if I could. I requested breakfast with bobs with guarantees delivery by 9am. They overbooked this service and than received a delivery time of 9:20 which continues to be pushed back to 10:46, and most likely will be pushed back later.
