I purchased a sectional costing $ 2523.93. Not cheap. You would expect a quality piece. The cushion on the sleeper portion comes out every single time someone sits on it. never got my delivery.driver called at 1030am stated he be here in an hour. never came. i tracked my order say it was delivered today at 300pm when it truly was not. My merchandise was schedule for delivery and it was not put on the truck...I gave up a whole day waiting for merchandise that was put on the truck and no at headquarters could tell me why...So canceled the darn thing!!!! Read more

While purchasing a recliner I was helped by a very nice salesperson. Apparently, another salesmen thought he should be making the sale. He stood glaring at us with crossed arms for about 30 minutes while the other salesman was helping us. I saw the angry salesman go and talk to the checkout desk. When I bought my living room set in 2011, I was told the warranty was good for 5 years but I called today and was told it's only good for 1 year. After that you must pay for parts. Bob's customer care/ delivery service is a joke for sure! We waited a month for loveseat to come in, it was back ordered, did call when it was scheduled to come in. Purchased a couch from Bob's. The back tore, cushions were lumpy, and arms (which were made with very thin wood) both broke, all within a few months.
