A message recliner chair motor is defective. Purchased a part I thought was the problem, it was not. Took two months to get a repairman to come to find out what the issue was. We purchased a couch and was promised delivery on saturday June 27th between 6:45- 10:45 am We also received confirmation that it would be first off the truck at 6:30-7AM By 9:30 am I called to check. Bought a bedroom set including a box spring and mattress from Bobs furniture in Stoughton, Ma back in December 2014. Paid upfront including transportation for delivery of 500$. Had very bad experience with my delivery on my new kitchen table. They sent me a delivery 4 times and each time my table top was damaged. Bobs Discount Furniture - Broken furniture; non-existent return policy

Bob's furniture is made in Vietnam and is poorly quality at best. My coffee table arrived broken, even though the outer box was undamaged. Their Customer Care-less Hotline is worthless, as they tried to say that I broke the item, and then wanted me to pay for the delivery for a replacement. Bought a Jerry boy recliner a year ago. Bonded leather has peeled of on the back rest and seat of the recliner. Only had it a year. Didn't add goof proof, but why should i if the furniture was made well. Add comment

Bought a Maggie love seat in months ago. Within a year the seat cushions became distorted, with the springs popping out. When I called, They told me if I had taken out the one year warranty (for extra $$$$, of course)they could've helped me. They're stuff junk and I will never buy anything from them again. Hi no problem with bobs but the delivery guy's lie gave them a $25.00 tip and asked if They would remove the 2 old pieces of furniture they said no problem. Then they walked out And said they couldn't. Not a problem this is the last time I will shop at bobs raymore and Flanagan will remove the old stuff to the cerb but not bobs Add comment
