Bobs furniture has the worst customer service the sales lady followed us around and only spoke to my boyfriend wouldn't give me time of day I'm the one that's buying the furniture then the store manager did the exact same thing. We were both so aggravated we left it was such a bad experience we will never shop there again

purchased the gladiator sofa anf love seat. this was a replacement for the chandler set that kept ripping and falling apart when you just sat on it. while the delivery guys were still here I showed them a bent part where the usb ports are on the sofa and then reported it. after a tech came out I was never contacted so I called and was told another tech would come out and they should have called me. well the second tech came out and he agreed it... Ordered box spring and frame to be delivered by Friday delivery came with no wheels on frame and tried to get them to deliver it again they came up with a million excuses why they didn't or couldn't get it delivered before we needed it went around in a million reasons why they couldn't do as promised. I have had many issues with Bob's Furniture. Bought a brand new Recliner (paid more than $1000) and the automatic button attached to couch stopped working in less than a month. The quality of the furniture is really bad. I had called to file a claim and it took a month just for the Service person to look at the couch. Paid over $2500.00 worth of Livingroom furniture...they added a Five year goof proof protection to wit was never honored....The sales rep stated the goof proof covered any incident any accident any misfortune with the furniture for 5 years....During a move my furniture was damaged and ripped... called customer service , 2 weeks later they sent a rep. the rep stated they could not fix the damage...terrific right....NOPE!!!....The Goof Proof did... Bob's customer service takes bad service to an entirely new level. I have had some bad customer service in my lifetime, but never to the point where I was deliberately lied to. That is until I dealt with Bob's. They must actually coach their customer service reps to lie. The goal of Bob's customer service reps is to frustrate the customer so bad, that you eventually just go away. The company that makes their mattress protectors does the same... Read more

Yet another rip off... Early April Bob's came to deliver my daughters new day bed with a trundle unit. She absolutly loved it. In July, the frame broke from unknown reasons and they sent someone out to take pictures... First off, we never got a call saying when they were coming. Secondly, the guy was a real ***. A complete scam operation...DO NOT BUY A THING HERE....If you want results contact BBB...do not back down....if you get a store credit beware when you redeem it...they will overcharge for delivery...they will list your credit as a deposit so they will overcharge for the sales tax...I own a business...if I did this to my customers I'd be in jail...ask to talk to Bob himself....you'll get laughed at!!!!....call customer service???? I purchased a bed from them first. Added good proof plus coverage. 2 years later the legs broke on the bed. I called in February. It is now August and my bed is still not fixed. On hold with them now. I also bought my living room furniture. Good proof plus bought on that. Not even 2 years old and it was ripped and of course not covered. dO NOT BUY FROM THEM.
