I also had the same problem in about 3 years. I called Bob's and they told me to call the company that they use for their warranty service which I paid extra for. They told me that they would process my claim and someone will get back to me soon. After about 2 weeks, I got a letter in the mail telling me to go to their website and look up a specific paragraph which stated that the warranty did... Read more

I blame myself for not realizing right away that my recliner didn't recline back far enough, but I blame Bob's Furniture for poor return policies. They only allow 3 days for a return and it seems that the big chunk of money spent on a product should make the seller want to please the consumer. Boy was I wrong! They have no interest in pleasing the customer. Thank God I only bought the recliner.... Read more

I bought a power reclining chair at Bob's, paid $49 for their "Goof Proof Warranty" and was told by the salesman "if anything happens to the chair within 5 years, it will be replaced." I ordered living room set, lamps and tables included. Upon delivery, no lamps to be found and was told they would come Fed ex. That was Aug 25, today is Sept. 4th and still no lamps ! Was promised switch of furniture on Aug 23,2014. After waiting all day for delivery, guys show up at 3:15 with Wrong furniture. When I asked, where is my sofa, his reply was, " I don't know".
