Horrible delivery service!!! Ordered living room set on April 10, 2016 and decided to have it delivered on the 23rd which was a Saturday. Our scheduled time for delivery was 12 to 4! By two noticed still no truck checked invoice and saw contact number which was my cell was wrong but I had left my home number as second contact! Called company to explain situation told me truck had come at 12 called wrong number got no answer and left never called my home number. Customer apologized told me truck would return in an hour. Bought a sofa and chair from Bob's. Paid for the Goof Proof Plus service. Less than 2 years or use the sub-standard cushions were flat and we were sitting 2 inches lower than the chair. Called for service tech told us he needs to have 3 new cushions ordered. That took 6 weeks. Had a tech out on Wednesday to put them in the covers. They looked deformed nothing like a cushion should look. I called back and was told another tech would be out on Saturday, again I have to wait. Appointment time was between 4:15 - 6:15 pm. I looked around for couchs, i chose bobs over paymore and flanigan only because the couch was comfy and looked good. However upon delivery i started second guessing myself. They threw the couch out of the side of the truck. Once assembled i noticed the cushions were not lined up well. Stiching was not straight and there were gaps between cushions. Drivers said it was normal. I called and complained, a tech came out said one cushion needed to be replaced. I've had my Bob O Pedic Mattress for about 4 years. Today I decided I'd wash the protective cover, so I flipped the mattress onto its side and unzipped it. To my horror, I discovered the entire underside of the mattress was completely covered in black mold!! Then as I finished pulling the covering off, clumps of white lint went flying everywhere- all over me and my bedroom. Then I realized that those clumps were the deteriorated lining of the foam, which upon reading the tag, I realized is made out of fiberglass!! I had to throw the mattress... Read more

We purchased a Maggie sofa for our living room a few years back and we're very happy with the purchase and delivery. The cushions have become problematic, as the springs became unmanaged and the sofa is now very uncomfortable to sit on. Since this is the central point of our living room and an important place for family and guests to feel comfortable, we wanted to resolve this issue as soon as possible. TERRIBLE experience. Terrible quality. First of all I've never written a review in my life but I have to for this one. i ordered the charisma sofa which apparently can be made into a sectional so there is a HUGE bolt screw that sticks out of the bottom of my couch mind you I have a baby!!!! So dangerous when I called to complain about it they told me they will have a tech come out to try to see if there's a way to remove it. So I'll have a hole in the front of my couch? Shopping here was nice in store but the delivery process was a total nightmare! Spent nearly $5700 in cash in the store. Bought the protection plan, mattress covers and encasement to completely protect my 'investment'. First delivery they forgot my bed rails, bent the frame to my power reclining sofa, broke the console to the matching loveseat, chipped the corner of my marble table, dinged up and never fully assembled my entertainment stand. purchased double recliner sofa in August 2015. Bob's is replacing a cushion that is deformed. Great. As for my Bobopedic full size mattress, not so lucky. Also purchased in Aug 2015, middle is sagging down 2 inches in the and the brown trim around the outside is coming off. As ice tea was spilt on the mattress not near the sagging and trim, per Bobs invalidates warranty. WTF, stain has nothing to do with sagging and trim. This so called business is a joke.
