In 2/2014 I purchased a bunk bed and mattress for my son and a bed and mattress for myself. purchased couch and love seat from Bob's and after 2 1/2 years it started cracking and ripping and eventually losing large pieces of the bonded leather on the loves seat. Sales people are extremely pushy and rude. They speak down to you as if you couldnt possibly understand. I also waited nearly 2 weeks for delivery only the have them qoute me an 8:30am delivery time. They showed up 14hrs late. When i spoke to customer service they said its an all day delivery service and could be delivered in the middle of the night and it would still be considered part of the... Bobs furniture service sucks they schedule me for a delivery that was the only on the had available. I get a call confirming the date the day before, I *** for work only to find out after hrs of waiting that they change my delivery to the nxt day. I call customer service and I get the bull *** sry there's nothing we can do. F u bobs furniture!!!!!!! Add comment

Purchased almost $2000.00 in a living room set. Baron love seat and sofa's also coffee table and matching end tables. All the same chocolate color. Also purchased goof proof warranty and had delivered. We are two older adults and no kids so we are not rough on furniture. Rarely have company over. on Nov 9, 2014 purchased a Bobopedic Mattress. Had great experience with sales person. Salesperson explain she can set up deliver for Nov 12. Deliver will call the day before to confirm.
