I purchased the fairfax living room set about 9 months ago. it is so uncomfortable and cheap feeling. It is not anything like what I sat on in the store. I was wondering why you have a product in your showroom that won't be the same product you get when purchased. I have half a mind to rip my sofas open and prove that it is completely different. What a waste of money! I gave it plenty of time to wear in, and it just isn't the same marshmallow texture that had originally sold me on the set. I just wish my set was what I agreed to purchase.I tried to contact them, but no response!!!

Hello, I would like to play the devil's advocate....why would you buy furniture from a store that gets just about everything from China?

BOB's message about customer satisfaction is a complete whitewash. I am still awaiting a return call, see "BOB's is a hoax" post. I have now been on hold for a collective 319 minutes without hearing a human voice. This is probably the worst customer service we've ever had. We stll have broken (brand new for $800) chairs and unfastened legs on our dinette set of 3 weeks. IS ANYONE INTERESTED IN CLASS ACTION SUIT AGAINST BOB'S??

The furniture in the stores is the same stuff that is shipped to customers. I know for a fact. Showroom samples are not different.
