I bought a king Bob-O-Pedic on Sunday. They set up delivery for Tuesday 1 to 4pm. They showed up at 11am - of course no one was home. After speaking to 3
customer service reps it was recheduled for Thursday 1 to 4pm. At 530pm on Thursday after not receiving the
matress I called customer service asking about my merchandise. The woman said "is has been delivered". Ridiculous. So then she puts me on hold and retuns saying "your merchandise wasn't put on the truck". Is this
rocket science? How hard is it to deliver a
matress? th
customer service rep then says that a supervisor will call me to reschedule. The supervisor never called back. I called the store - no one could help me there either. I am going to cancel the order. The WORST furniture buying experience I have ever had.

Too bad to hear of your experience. Everything we've ever heard about Bob's Discount Furniture has always been very positive. They must be doing something right with all the good word of mouth business they get... And they're continuing to grow an thrive even during a weak economy - that in itself says something.

yeah ow that sounds like a harrowing experience. The delivered it 2 hours early, and you I'm sure you were very pleasant to deal with.Ever try Valiums?

Wow. I'm looking at purchasing some new furniture from Ashley and am SO GLAD I found this site. Whole lot of incredible stories and ticked off people.
Time to pass on Ashley and look elsewhere - and I've only read 4-5 posts.
