how is this company still in business? 1/2008 i bought a living room set "Dakota" all piece. delivered couch made spring noises, exchanged couch. loveseat spring sticking out, all pcs. metal tacks falling off, the Techs and delivery men have been to my house over 10 times. I ended up reselecting new set "Fairfax" pretty looking but still defecftive, next week it will be the 11th time I sit here and wait for another defective or slice cut couch. I'm being nice in this complaint but they lie and lie. don't do it cause it's cheap!
