I bought two boy's bureaus from Bob's - Boy what pieces of junk! The bottom of each drawer came unglued in about a week and then one by one each drawer simply fell apart. The bureaus couldn't hold any
clothes. In the end, I threw them away - at my own expense - they were not even fit for a junk sale. Very, very poor quality and a total rip off. I called
customer service and tried to tell someone that the product was a lemon and they did nothing and didn't seem to care at all. I will never buy
furniture there again.

Well since everything puchased at Bob's comes with a minimum of a 1 year full replacement warranty, the issues you are talking about either happened after that warranty period (so not right away as you claim) or you decided to throw them away and THEN call Bob's. Either way, it's your problem.

WOW.. IM SCARED I JUST GOT MY DAUGHTERS BEDROOM SET DELIVERED TODAY.. AND THEY TELL ME.. THE BED WASNT ON THE ORDER.. NOW WHERE DOES MY CHILD SLEEP... ON THE FLOOR.. UGH.. IM SO UPSET... I WISH I COULD AFFORD A BIT MORE.. BUT SINCE I CANT THIS IS WHAT I GET.. GOD HELP ME..
