Bought a complete bedroom set for my daughter a year ago. The "wood" frame of the mirror has cracked in two places, two of the
drawers on the dresser are broken and no longer open and all of the
drawers grind when you open them. Never been ripped off like this before. When it was delivered, I should have known. Came with a broken mirror, took six months to replace. Back of dresser (
cardboard) had a
fist hole in the middle. Another 4 months to replace that. Stay away! This stuff is
garbage and it wasn't cheap -- We paid $1700 for the set and go completely hosed.

My FIL ordered bunk beds for my boys back in April. We were told one of the pieces weren't available until May. We said that's fine. May turned to June. June is here and we just got the delivery. But they can't put the beds together, 2 of the rails are missing, been ripped out of the box and the box has been taped up poorly. Oh and to find out that there is no hardware, no screws, brackets, nothing. So now we have large boxes and slats of wood sitting in their room and no bed for the boys to sleep on. After a phone call, we supposedly have the rest of the delivery to happen on Monday when I have to *** of work, just so that they can come with the remaining pieces and then put the beds together, instead of them being able to do that today as planned. We were going to buy new living room furniture from them, because the displays are nice, but after what we are going through for the beds. Forget it! I could built from scratch and get it all done faster and with better customer service than Bob's. And now from what I read, this set will probably last a year before it starts to fall apart. Thanks for nothing Bob.
