Bob's Mattress problem rectified

I had previously complained about a problem with Bob's Discount Furniture's Customer Service Department. I still think they suck, but we decided to go see the Manager at the store we bought the mattress and box spring from and he couldn't have been nicer or more helpful. He asked me to email the pictures I brought him showing the depressions in the mattress and armed with that he advocated for us to get a credit established to pick out a better mattress and box spring set. We paid the additional cost but he waived another delivery charge. We now have the Bobopedic Plush which we are still trying out, it does take some getting use to from the traditional mattress, but it is much better than the Eurotop mattress that we had. I recommend going to see the Manager of the store rather than deal with Customer Service. I'm glad we did.
