I have been trying since July to get 3 new
cushions for a
sofa that is only 2 years old. My
mother in law was deathly ill this summer and ruined the
cushions. It took 4
phone calls and a visit to our house before the order form was even sent to our house in order to purchase the
cushions. I was not looking for anything free. I stated up front I was going to pay for them. In August I sent them the order form and $225.00. I have since tried to contact them to see where the
cushions are. After several tries and not getting a "live" person to speak to, I finally was told they in transit. But the "live" person didn't know if they were in transit to my home or to their store. My
mother in law has been home from the hospital now for 2 months and still no
cushions for the
sofa. I'm disgusted and will never buy there again.

parts are not ordered by the store locations or the companies, they are ordered from the vendors who make the furniture. this goes for things in general at any store you would shop in. keep your unrealistic expectations to yourself and stop ***
