I have had many issues with Bob's Furniture. Bought a brand new Recliner (paid more than $1000) and the automatic button attached to couch stopped working in less than a month.

The quality of the furniture is really bad. I had called to file a claim and it took a month just for the Service person to look at the couch. He looked at the couch and said that the automatic button is not working and I will have to call customer service to order the piece. He said it will take approx 2 weeks to get the piece.

I had called and ordered the piece and it took freaking 2 months for just the piece to come and again I will have to call Customer Service to set up an appointment for the Service person to come and fix it and I'm not sure how long will that take.The customer service people on the call were rude and not polite at all. This is worst customer service I ever came across.

I will definitely not refer Bob's furniture to anyone. I would not recommend anyone to Pay thousands of dollars to buy brand new furniture from Bob's furniture as I have done this mistake.
