Purchased couch and love seat at Bobs furniture in Stoughton Ma

about 4 years ago, also purchased the goof proof warranty.

We paid almost $2000 for the set that they claim came from Italy.

We had to wait 6 weeks for delivery. After on about 3 to 4 years old the fixed cushion in the middle of the couch started crack, and tear, at an alarming rate. We had them come out and they said that there was nothing they could do. To contact the warranty co. So we did, sent pictures, and a claim for. They said that cracking and tearing wasn't covered unless it was torn accidentally, so I guess as consumers we should have lied and said it was an accident. In none of there current tv commercials do they ever ever mention quality, its always value..JUNK. I have filed a complaint with the attorney general's office in Boston and to this day haven't responded to the complaint (Bobs) at the time I just wanted it fixed, now I want mu *** money back..They suck>

Monetary Loss: $2000.

Looking at the other reviews, I'd say you did well to get 3-4 years out of it. Cut your losses and buy something better next time.

File a complaint with the Better Business Bureau. They'll get back to you in a day :)

What is really interesting that their insurance also does not cover this type of damage so they were simply trying to mislead you.
