bob won an award? for what? screwing customers?
the
coffee table i purchased came warped. 5 weeks later i am still waiting. i found out its discontinued its
comming from the manufacture. i wanted a refund on the goof
proof i purchased on this item, i cant get that
money back. after 2 years the chair is ready for the curb bobs & guardsman wont stand behind that product. as for the 2 year old
couch the stuffing disapeared after 9 months. it did get refilled. but lasted only 9 more months. so its now been a total of 2 years, guardsman, is now handling the claim, & is replacing.

Well that's certainly true, Bob's does not sell top-of-the-line funiture, obviously. It's the low-end garbage. You get what you pay for though.

For one thing, the manufacturer only offers a warranty for so long, and if you are out of it they will not replace items for you. Secondly, if guardsman is indeed handling the claim and replacing an item for you, that means YOU damaged the merchandise yourself and they are accepting the claim on that basis, since that is the only damage they do cover. How are you blaming Bob's for you damaging you merch?
