I went to Bob's Discount Furniture in Saugus, Ma. I bought bunkbeds and the matching bureau and night stand. The bureau had been defective since it was purchase.

For the 3rd time a draw has broken and they say a service tech is needed to go out and fix this cheap poorly made bureau because the manufacture wont replace it without a report???!!!

Their policy is to fix it first!! It was defective before I bought it!!! I picked it up and brought it home, that day one of draws breaks...the tracking on them is horribly put together!

I will NEVER buy from Bob's discount furniture again!

No company will REPLACE items without have some kind of verification that an item was damaged due to manufacturing problems. What if they did not get that verification through technicians, and customers could just call and say something was damaged and get it replaced, even though half the time they are damaged by customers themselves? That's not fair either.

do u blame a furniture store in this type of economy especially to just give away furniture all the time instead of seeing if it can be repaired first?
