I was at the Bob's in Manchester NH and the salesman "Louis" was very rude to me and my mother, he acted like we were interrupting him when we made a purchase...guy has an anger issue or something, he said hed have someone help us get our purchase to our car...which never happened so me and my 60 year old mother carried it out.When buying something you have to fill out a bunch of paperwork...its like a loan application even when paying in cash.I... I just purchased a dinning room set, after reviewing the negative comments hoping I don't fall into this category. Should have done my homework first, I will let you'll know about my experience. My mom bought a couch and got the warranty for it and was told if anything happens to it she can get replacement or fix. Well her cushions happen to start popping thru the cushions so we called them and told them and were told that the warranty (which was still within the time frame) was no longer being honored and that to replace the cushions would be 50 dollars to replace. It should be called Bob's Furniture of ***. We went furniture shopping and went to Bob's we really liked the items that we purchased and was excited to receive them. First time they delivered the ottoman that we ordered had broken hinges and a side table had gouges in them. Bobs Discount Furniture - No Insurance delivery team

I purchased furniture to be delivered January 4th. All went as planned until the delivery crew hit my cable line while leaving in the delivery truck. They never stopped to acknowledge the damage. I called Bobs and placed a claim. I was then informed Bob's uses Diakon a third party delivery service, I was directed to Diakon to finish my claim. Brought a living room set about 3 months ago. The quality is very cheap. The cushions already need filling. They made 5 trips because everytime they came they delivered the wrong stuff. The delivery guys just dropped off my lamps still inside the box didn't even bother to set it up or pick up after their mess. Well, Bob's sure made a big advertising splash into the Chicago market. Do yourself a favor and avoid this place at all costs. What they seem to offer is tolerably priced furniture, but our experience with the delivery and their customer service means you should run, run away.
