I do not recommend Bob’s Furniture. They completely ruined my delivery that I paid at least a hundred dollars for. I requested that my furniture be delivered before 3pm. They sent me an automated confirmation a few days later saying it would be delivered between 4-6pm. I get a call around 11:30am stating they were trying to make my delivery, but no one was home to accept it. Of course no one was home! Why would they deliver it 5 hours before the scheduled time frame? I called and spoke with a few customer service reps and then asked to speak with a manager. I explained to him the situation and that I still have the message confirming 4-6pm. He said he does not know where that message came from. The manager went on to defend their decision to deliver it early, and said the next delivery time was not until 4 days later. He also said they would not compensate me or try to deliver it sooner because it was not due to a medical emergency. I am having guest over for New Year’s Eve, and now thanks to Bob’s Furniture we’ll all be standing in an empty room. Do not order from them. They are clearly unorganized and do not care about their customers.

they are an all day delivery service so if you tell them that you want it delivered at a certain time not going to happen.. also if you just call customer service they will check the order and tell you where it is, they give time frames for a reason even if you weren't there just have someone over the age of 18 to be there.

they map out their route by GPS cords., I was like you when I came to delivery times.

and screaming at people will not get you any where. plus you could call customer service and ask for a call ahead to let you know where they are and they are on their way..

I purchased a full 7 pc dining room set, and server and a bar set with two stools. Costing us well over $2,300. I made absolutely sure to pay the EXTRA MONEY for the goof proof insurance plan. Within the first MONTH a chair on the dining set broke. They came 3 weeks later to fix it. Then in that "replacement" chair they brought we realized all of the buttons weren't attached to it so we had to wait another month for that. THEN BOTH of our bar stools broke the SECOND time we used them. Both of them!!!! The SAME EXACT WAY!! the legs just splintered off, you can tell they were cheaply made! I called both Goof Proof ANF Bobs multiple multiple times. THESE ARE SUPPOSED TO BE COVERED THATS WHAT WE PAID EXTRA FOR ON THE INSURANCE? But NO. They are refusing to replace them. They said that the only way is for us to buy new stools since we cant "prove" to them with "hard evidence" that the stool weren't being "misused". They were only being sat on (which is what the stools are MADE for) by my 58 year old MOTHER who weighs about 115lbs. They have ZERO customer service. You are wasting EVERY penny you spend at this business!! Save yourself the time and hassle and DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM HERE!!!!!!

20 years ago bobs was great good quality good service good prices. now i cot an adjustable bed. after three defective beds they gave me my money back and i got a regular mattress which was delivered with a big rip in it. then i ordered a bunk bed. the first delivery person i quess didnt want to assemble it called the office and sait nobody was home and drove off as i stood in the driveway and watched him. the second attempt the delivery person said they dont assemble but if i give them cash they would help me put it together. the third attempt the bed had broken pieces. bob does not care about quality or service just growing.

I purchased a dresser that was delivered damaged. The driver called customer service from my home immediately and reported the damage. Here's the scam, if I refused delivery and made them take it back right away, I am entitled to a refund. Instead, they talked me into keeping until exchanged. Once you do that, never can get refund! They will not refund anything that has been in the home at all! They came to exchange it the following week, took out the damaged one then left. They "forgot to load the new one" at the warehouse. That was three weeks ago, they will not give me a refund, and as of right now, I do not have a dresser either!

Mattress delivered torn n scuffed. Waiting one month 4 replacement.... Also, ordered sky line sofa bed, which was told in stock, but wasn't..... Soooo a month later still waiting after being giving so many false delivery dates. Had to convince to give me a loner couch. I never been so stressed out dealing with this company..... My B/p has sky rocked n I'm just so upset with Bobs furniture. NEVER, NEVER will I order/ recommend this company to anyone..... I also had the same problem in about 3 years. I called Bob's and they told me to call the company that they use for their warranty service which I paid extra for. They told me that they would process my claim and someone will get back to me soon. After about 2 weeks, I got a letter in the mail telling me to go to their website and look up a specific paragraph which stated that the warranty did not cover peeling or cracking. I bought 2 sofas and they both are peeling huge swaths of material off. So much that I have to try to cover them with blankets to hide the cheap set I bought. Now I'm out almost $1200.00. I,ll never go back to Bob's cheapo furniture. We should all get together and start a class A lawsuit against them. If anyone knows about one, please post it because I'm all in!

Set is about a year and a half old. It's peeling, has nicks and scratches all over it. Goof proof came twice already. I can basically scratch it with my fingernail! Table has place mats and a table cloth on constantly. Took four times to even get the set delivered, as each time it was damaged straight out of the box! Worst furniture ever! Waste of money!!!!! Customer service is of no help. I feel like donating this to goodwill. It looks like garbage. Times are tough, people are scraping together money to buy nice things and I totally wasted my money!

Bought a "leather" couch a year ago, well the "leather" is peeling off the couch. I called the goof proof hot line and they told me they do not cover it, the old wear and tear excuse. I bought the goof proof with a five year warranty that was suppose to cover everything. I then called Bob's direct they had me send pictures of the couch. They told me the leather looked like it had been scratched off by a animal. I told them I have no animals and that it is just peeling off. They told me I am SOL!! having reading all these complaints it seems like this happens a lot!!
