I purchased a livingroom set on 1/4/08. It arrived 2-3 weeks later because of inventory. The set arrives and the drivers damage my wall. Also the couch was broke. Bobs paid for the wall and set up a swap on the couch. When they brought the 2nd one a leg was broke. They were sending a tech to fix it but instead they sent a delivery guy. I bought a king Bob-O-Pedic on Sunday. They set up delivery for Tuesday 1 to 4pm. They showed up at 11am - of course no one was home. After speaking to 3 customer service reps it was recheduled for Thursday 1 to 4pm. At 530pm on Thursday after not receiving the matress I called customer service asking about my merchandise. We bought a leather living room set from Bob's and after 2 years the leather began to peel off. After waiting on hold for customer service for an hour they finally sent someone to come and look at it. He said there was nothing they could do to fix it and they don't deal with that company any more so basically were out of luck. I bought a sleeper sofa from Bob's Discount Furniture and I was given a day and 3 hour window for delivery. On the day of delivery I was told my furniture would arrive between 06:45 and 09:45 hrs. I waited until 10am and called asking where my furniture was and I got a 20 minute run around. I was finally told my furniture would be at my home by 12 noon. I had previously complained about a problem with Bob's Discount Furniture's Customer Service Department. I still think they suck, but we decided to go see the Manager at the store we bought the mattress and box spring from and he couldn't have been nicer or more helpful. I hear you. I have gone through the same deal with a two part TV hutch. Stayed home and waited for delievery, they deliver 2 tops, gave me a hard time about ordering the right piece, get call about delivery, wait, they show up, wrong piece again. I then cancel the order and now have to wait for them to come pick up the piece I have at home and then was told that my credit card may not be refunded right away, they will need proof that the order... I purchase a living room dinning room and entertainment unit on 11/30/07 delivery was scheduled for 12/3/07 it came damaged redeliver 3 days later damaged again only i sorry from cust service. redeliver on sat colors off need to reschedule not to mention packing material left all over driveway and drivers just took off no signature. 4th time dinning room was corrected now the entertainment unit is remaining due to be delivered jan 16 never... We bought a mattress from Bob's Discount less than 5 months ago and after about 4 months we notice that we are waking up with back and leg pain. When we examined the mattress we noticed that there is an impression where we are both sleeping.
