Bed bugs in the chairs
Please sign me to the class action lawsuit. I bought furniture that only lasted a week, and spent over 7000dollars. They finally exchanged, but only because I spent more money to get was supposed to be better quality. They brought the furniture june 8. I went in the hospital June 26 2019, to have neck surgery. Got discharged July 8, and went to my sister house for a week. Got back to my home July 15th. the second day I slept on the recliner, I woke up face face burning. Been getting bit everyday since. I called them a week after I got home and told them I think I the chair has bugs. They denied it. I told them every since I been sleeping on the chair, my face, legs and arms been getting bitten. I paid thirteen hundred dollars for the live seat and eight hundred 99 dollars for the recliner. I threaten to go to court. they're changing the recliner because of a defect. But I'm still stuck with love seat. My sister has gotten bitten everytime she sits on the love seat. Please help me with some advice

I've bee bitten since I bought their furniture
that's good my bedroom concern I never slept in my bed yet I had neck surgery so I'm not able to sleep in there but when I go in here I see little Waze bugs on yet and they made me borrow protector I'm like I seen all of the reviews and I see a couple of people experience in the same exact thing as far as the white on the bed and stuff like that in red lid. And black. All I know is I never got to sleep on my bed and I see little bugs on it but I've been sleeping on a requirement since my neck surgery and I have been bitten every sense and I have pictures of my brightness for the love seat and never been sad on yet but I see all these white stuff keep coming out of it my sister white shirt down for me and it still comes back up I really truly believe it's coming from a furniture I'll complaint with them they claim they spray the furniture but I'm still going through the same thing they will not help me.

Gross bed bug city
Saw dirty mattress brought back into store they did not wrap it or seal it first and used carts they use for new furniture gross went back into same area with there brand new stuff

The delivery drivers damaged the walls and left a mess
It doesn't make sense that all my deliveries were great except Bob's. All they had to bring in was a Chester Draw and Night Table. The not only damaged the walls but they also left a mess with the styrofoam. I am very upset about this. Terry Gwathney

I’m vey disappointing the way there handling my situation!!! The item I bought has a malfunction and then they try to deliver a new couch 3x but was very unsuccessful and not professional and the drivers were very rude and not considered !!!

The comendable Three at the Novi Store.
These three made me feel welcome and were unhurried and patient with me and just made my day. the first time I visited this store. No pressure whatsoever, went out of their way to assist me and my wife. thy never followed us around or made us feel stressful. glad they are on the team at the Novi location. and I did buy a Leather . Love seat and A Lift. Chair .and I'm going back for much more soon . Thank you guys so much. Johnie L Cotton SR.

Terrible Customer Service
I purchased a three piece sectional and an ottoman, all in the same color- federal blue. I needed to take a day off from work for the delivery. The delivery men arrive, and one of the sectional pieces is a cream color. I told them it was the wrong color, and they placed it back on the truck. I called customer service, hoping to get the correct delivery that same day since I had taken off from work but was told I would need to schedule yet another delivery day and take yet another day off from work. I was furious. I spoke with a manager, and she told me to call after my second delivery arrived, and they would refund my delivery fee. So I took another day off from work and waited for my delivery. After it was delivered I called customer service and spoke to a different manager who told me she would not refund my delivery fee, even though there were notes in my account of my conversation with the previous manager. I love my furniture, but the customer service is beyond terrible. I will never purchase from Bob’s again.

Delivery issue delay
Big delivery delay. Delivery is now over an hour past the 3 hour window. I used the customer care o line chat because I couldn't talk to a customer service rep. The customer care rep was very rude and unhelpful.

Horrible
Recliner gives off nauseating smell. Have sprayed with vinegar and water and other odor eliminating sprays with no success. Customer service’s solution: open a window. Worst purchase ever made.

We purchased a sofa and the springs and part of it has fallen out we contacted bobs they sent a tech out and we were told it is not accidental so it isnt covered but we said it is obviously manufacturing defects but they wont repair or replace even after we got the insurance..i just dont want them to get away with this , because obviously we are not the only ones

Property damage
upon delivery of replacement of a manufacturers defect delivery men damaged my wood floors, immediately placed a complaint, received an email that someone would contact me within 48 hours, it is now 7 days later and no contact. i have reached out via email and phone and customer service has been less than helpful including management. not only was the furniture defective but so is the process to repair damaged done by rhe delievry service. i do not want ro go to social media or legal but if i have to i will, i just want my floors repaired.

Paid for white glove service. Storage bed arrived with no hardware, and damaged chest. No refunds of delivery fee and a 5 day wait for new bed delivery

Because they suck
Getting furniture from BOBS has been a terrible experience. When they delivered our furniture the delivery guys broke my love seat bringing in my house.we went back to the store we ordered it from and the girl at customer service was so rude and kept rolling her eyes at me .We explained to the manger and he agreed they would let us exchange the furniture for another set .when they brought the new furniture they broke it again when they delivered it !!!! I have been waiting for weeks for there customer representatives to come so they can file another claim . I am paying for broken furniture and I am so frustrated.Iwould never recommend anyone to buy furniture from BOBS

Same issue paid for ready served products that are malfunctioning and they won’t let me return it and it was less than 30 days ago. Took two days off because the delivery was incomplete the first day and now they are telling me that the only option I have is for them to send a tech and yup taking another day offer.
