Poor material vinyl deamination, Leather upper vinyl lower
The vinyl lower on my leather recliner love seat has become the laminated and an eyesore and has caused damage Leggings And hosiery . They are calling this normal wear and tear but in reality it is poor material, this piece of furniture is about a year and a half old with minimal use and is exhibiting this problem already , also no this was not their budget furniture line this was the best bobs best ii I paid good money for inferior quality , and they are refusing any help in this matter . My advice to all don’t ever buy furniture from Bob’s they will screw you in the End

Wooden Desk Chair ARM CRACKED OFF
I CALLED BOB'S FURN. STORE IN LOMBARD ON ROOSEVELT RD.
ON OR ABOUT THE 8TH OF JAN, 2019 TO REPORT THE PROBLEM. THEY SENT A MAN OUT, SAW THE DAMAGE, AND SAID THEY WOULD REPLACE THE IN ACOUPLE OF WEEKS. I HAVE TALKED TO EVERYONE FROM BOTTOM TO TOP AND IT WILL BE THERE BY THURS. (they did not say what month) I WENT INTO THE STORE ON MARCH 10, 2019 (MY BIRTHDAY) AND TOLD THEM I WISHED TO BUY A MONTIBELLO BLUESTONE DESK CHAIR W/ GRAY.
THEY TOOK ME UPSTAIRS AND SHOWED ME THE CHAIR, I ASKED IF WE COULD TRADE, THEY SAID MY ARM WAS COMING FROM THE FAR EAST, AND I WOULD HAVE TO WAIT AND WAIT AND WAIT.
IT IS NOW THE END OF MARCH, I COULD OF WENT OUT AND BOUGHT ANOTHER CHAIR FROM A DIFFERENT DEALER, AFTER I BOUGHT A BED AND MATTERSS, THREE END TABLES, THREE LAMBS ,CUDDLER CHAIR, A OMNI HAVANA RECLINER AND OF COURSE THE DESK AND MONTIBELLO CHAIR, I THINK THREE MONTHS, EVEN THE SLOWEST BOAT FROM THE FAR EAST SHOULD HAVE DOCKED. Bad quality furniture. Their “top of the line”.
Is falling apart already with minimal use.
The vinyl attached to the leather is falling apart. Save your money and go to a different furniture store.
