I will never shop bobs in my life again. I ordered 3 pieces of furniture with 2 delivery days 12/6 12/17. Today the delivery team showed up with the wrong color. At the store the clerk was able to check n c it was the delivery team and now my delivery date for all furniture is 12/24. So I lost a day from work n now have to wait longer for delivery unlike raymour n Flanigan perfect 3 day delivery. You might save a few dollars for cheap furniture... Read more

I ordered a TVstand/fireplace and it came with dents. They sent a second one and it came with one of the sides cracked.Third one came with more dents. Fourth try they just sent the fireplace forgot the cabinet. Fifth try same thing.Finnaly gave up and kept first one with a gift card. Drivers always have to use your phone to call the office. Fireplace speed working. Called them to tell them it would not turn on and we have a5year warrenty. Waited... Read more

Do not shop at Bob's Discount furniture. I am not even a customer, but had a nightmare experience. I awoke to screaming and opened my blinds to see the delivery driver yelling at the garbage man for asking him to move his truck. When I went out to leave for a doctor's appointment, the truck was parked blocking half of my driveway, making it impossible for me to get out, despite more than sufficient parking on the other side of the road. I ordered the three-piece Charisma sectional from Bob's. I received it exactly when they predicted, it was put together quickly and efficiently, and it is definitely the most comfortable couch for the money we've ever ordered. VERY HAPPY! This place is a joke and I will never go back or give this place good reviews. The customer service is garbage and they do nothing to fix it. I ordered a bedroom set for $1200 and had to wait 3 weeks to get everything as it was back ordered. 3 weeks later and delivery comes but no footboard. Bought Bob's goof proof protection mattress cover NOT GOOF PROOF didn't work then I had my mattress checked for depth damage i could have gotten a new one but my mattress was stained so it null and voided my warranty. But it would have worked out fine if the goof proof protecter worked. The only thing they will do is pass the buck from this person to another and all they did for me was refund the cost of the goof proof protecer. Read more

I spent a good amount of money on a (5) pc bedroom set from Bob's Furniture in Warwick RI. First delivery dresser and headboard had dime size nicks and were sent back. Second delivery dresser had scratches and was returned. Promised white glove inspection before third delivery and when third delivery came the dresser was nicked again. Same experience in North Hills Pa. The tracker is full of ***..changes to a later time every time you check...now the truck is stuck in the mud, it hasnt rained in days...so waiting for a tow truck which theyclaim maytake an additional 2hrs.and deliveries before mine...so what now its 6 p.m. what furniture by 12 midnight....
