Poor quality and worse customer service

I would never do business with this company when your furniture will look over 10 years old in a few short years. That material comes right off. And no the crap warranty they suckered you into will not cover it. Now I have to purchase a new loveseat eventhough I bought what I was told was good for 5 years but now I am told they only cover accidents and you have to prove to them it was an accident. Making *** furniture isn't covered and they had no problem making me believe that it was when I was lied to so I would buy it. This company has very bad customer service and even worse products.

Terrible Service countless times

I would go into full detail if I knew anyone with authority in their company actually cared to do right, own their mistakes &;;;;;;;;;;;; contact me after 3 attempts to get my items delivered to home. Long story short, I would recommend you not opt in to delivery service. Your paying for a service, but delivery team can deny delivery, but also not be honest on the steps they took without being reprimanded. The company doesnt come up with solutions in a timely manner. May I add, it is almost impossible to get ahold of anyone who can help you resolve the issue.

Terrible service

I purchased my couch back at the end of January 2020. In May, I called customer service letting them know the arm rests have been dented in. Due to COVID they were not sending any service agents out at this time, which I understand. I think it was around Nov or early Dec, I called Bob's to remind them of this issue. They were making appointments and I schedule to have someone come out. The technician told me that he didn't have the tools needed for this repair and that someone from the office will call me to schedule the repair. He said this was a VERY COMMON PROBLEM. Jump to January and no one called me back. I called customer service and got someone who was not having a good day. He says to me let me read you the technicians notes and let me know if you have any questions. This spoke of the damage to the couch which was noted that the customer created. We sent up another appointment to have a second opinion. The technician say this is a common issue, took some pictures and said I will be hearing from the home office to set up the appointment. Yet again no word from the home office. I call customer service and the woman now tells me there is nothing that can be done, and she suggests I get another couch....are you serious?!?!?! This couch is a year old. I also purchased the Bob's goof proof. If this is what you advertise your warranty as, you should stand behind it. I understand we are now past the year but no one expected COVID to happen for as long as it's happening for. "1 year warranty-all furniture that is purchased at my everyday low price is guaranteed to be free from factory defects for a 1yr to the original purchaser within Bob's normal delivery area." "Goof proof warranty covers you for 5 full years for most accidental stains and many accidental damages that occur from a single incident." I have purchased so much furniture and have recommended so many of my friends and family...not no more.

I was denied bobs furniture good proof protection on my bed frame from breakage. Doesnt fall under specific damage whats more specific than you getting into bed one night, and the cheap *** wood slats and supporting legs collapse? And upon taking the bed frame down noticing cracked wood in frame. And to top it off Im still paying for this crap!!! Total ***

User's recommendation: Do not purchase bed frames from them unless you want to be sleeping on the floor!!

Defective bedset

This is to share my unpleasant experience after buying a bed-set from Bob's (Woodbridge). I bought the bedset and it has not been even 3 years it broke. The substandard quality of Bob's furniture is frustrating. Is there any way you guys can help.

Wow, where do I start. I wish i had read these reviews before I stepped foot into the store. Purchased a bed just before Christmas. Case a few days before Christmas. Not a week later and the bed is on the floor. allllllll the screws that were in the bed literally tore out of the wood. I'm a college student who purchased her first bed and look what i got, A BAG OF TRASH. Filed a claim thru the warranty company, Guardian Protection, who they have you purchase this mess from, and they tell me I put my information in wrong. I was told I needed to say it was an accident. No, it was a default of your product. I was told to rewrite and resubmit. Did all that and Yes today 1/19/2021 got a phone call denying the claim again. Was told this time I couldn't rewrite a claim i was denied. Was then told I could fix it myself and if it breaks again, they will cover it. THEY MUST SEE FOOL WRITTEN ON TOP OF MY FOREHEAD. So today i decided to call and speak with my sales guy to see what can be done, and of course, he no longer works there. Wowww another blow. I explained to the woman on the phone what took place and she transferred me to customer service. The guy, Lewis who answered was talking as if I needed a hearing aid. I asked if he could speak up, so I could hear or at least transfer me to someone else. He said no and if I wanted to talk to someone else, to hang up and call back. LOLLLLLLL why me today. Thank you, Lewis, for that Now I'm reporting your *** So this has been My month with these folks. People if you have money to lose, then by all means go buy this cheap-ass Furniture, If not find a better place to buy. NEVER AGAIN.
