Not happy

Purchased furniture in January of 2020. my couch is damaged. After many hours of waiting on hold with customer service a serviceman arrived at my home. they told me that i would have to have the couch repaired not replaced.At that time i was told the material was on backorder would be here on November 27 No one contacts you. I have spoken to 4 different customer service people. I was told today that the material will not be in now till January 29th. When I tried to e mail them the e mail they give you is incorrect. I think i have been more than patient. Please have someone contact me

We Bought a couch and recliner from Bobs. Also got the Goof proof plus and used their payment plan. The recliner broke several times and they had to give us a new recliner. The couch was a black faux leather and said it would not peal. After six months it was pealing and we were given the option to get a different couch. The couch we got was a fabric sectional and the recliner was a faux suade. After about three months the couch had pilings covering everywhere. Like the material was falling off.We Claimed it as a manufactuers defect. Bobs declined the claim and said we could not claim again, had stains on the chaise and claimed, was again denied, because there were two stains. Goof proof only covers one ( Goof proof says any stains). The recliner had a small tear in the seat. We claimed it as not knowing how it got there. Again denied because we did not say accident. Were told Cannot be claimed again. Sent several e mails and calls and no one returns. Honored all claims until the payment plan was paid in full. Then all claims were denied.

No show repair service

I called three times, maybe four, trying to get my recliner chair repaired. No one has called or contacted me to schedule repair. Never have I experienced such poor customer service. I am pissed beyond belief!! Its been one week maybe two. I spoke to a manager, M. Jonathan. Still no response. Never will I purchase from Bobs Furniture again.

Waiting since August for couches

Supposed to deliver 12/18 then 12/19/20 & now can't till after Christmas!!! Thanks BOB'S Other people's stuff is on truck for delivery not mine, why!!!

User's recommendation: Think about picking up items yourself. BOB'S delivery is very unprofessional!

So, how is my order not on truck anymore!!!

No delivery of my table no call no show

Well the scheduled pick was 845-****am on 12.12 well they got here at 304pm no call they were to call a half an hour out.. know I wait to make sure the entire purchase is returned..

I called them on 12.12 the idiot on the other basically asked what can he do about them not showing up on time.. needless to say NEVER AGAIN. Bobs sux.. btw I am glad I returned everything as I looked at the one chair, it was missing paint..

was missing paint on the whole area under the seat. Took pictures..

Went there.. explained the situation told them I want a complete refund and the chairs picked up.. well got the table refund today, they will refund the chairs and bench within 5 days of pick up which is 12.5

Well I order table and chairs with bench on 10.17.20, the chairs were already put together and bench came in a box. The table was to be delivered separately on Nov 28th, they never showed or called. SO I attempted to track it, says it doesnt recognize my phone number or customer number. So now I have no idea what to do. called the store they are already closed for the evening. I am over Bobs..CUSTOMER SERVICE is NON EXISTENT!!

I bought a bed form Bob's Discount about 4 years ago. The bed has a large depression that makes sleeping in the bed impossible. I thought no big deal Bob's will fix it or replace it since it's only a few years old. They refused to replace it because of so small stains nowhere near the depression. If the stain had anything to do with the defect I would understand, but they don't. I think a lot of other people are having issues with these beds. Please save yourself the money and don't get a bed form BOB's

Your second clue... the bed is FOUR years old. How long do you expect cheap discount furniture to last?

They aren't responsible for replacing it after your behind wallowed a big dip into the mattress. Spend some money if you want quality bedding that will last.

Delivery charge

I bought a server for my dining room. According to the website it was assembly required. There were too many pieces for me to try so I went to the store and asked if they had any type of assembly services. I was told that if I purchased "white glove" delivery (for an additional $30) they would assemble it in my home. It was worth it to me so I ordered it. It was delivered last week and it was in a box fully assembled. I went back to the store to get my $30 back and I was refused.

Upset Customer

I ordered a Dinning set and when it was being delivered it had no table, why would you deliver half of the order. Was not complete and tell me table won't be in until December 26th when this half came on November 23rd? Please explain this to me. Very upset customer

Unhappy Customer

Purchased a very expensive bed, when it got delivered it was the incorrect mattress, but that was after I reviewed it and the delivery and set up people had left. Contacted the company explained the situation they finally came out right before the 30 day mark. Under the Bobs satisfactory guarantee buy back they sent out another mattress which apparently someone did not like prior to the 30 day let me sleep in it the mattress was sinking the entire experience with this company is horrible. I would never purchase any furniture from this company even if they gave me 3 rooms of furnishing for FREE>;;;;;; Theft to the consumer and there is not a damn thing you Theft Spto

I would actually give Bobs Discount Furniture negative 5 for what they do to people whom are unable to wear a mask for medical I wanted to look at some living room furniture. But at Bobs Discount Furniture they told me that even though I have a medical reason to not be wearing a mask I was told the Manager wouldnt let me shop there if I dont wear a mask. Thats good. They possibly lost some commission. Because we are looking to purchase some living room furniture. We found something we like and are in the process of getting it. So Bobs Discount Furniture you lost out. And we are also telling our friends &;;; family how you treat people. Plus I am putting this review on so many different platforms to let others know how you treat AMERICANS.

I already wrote a complaint regarding my recent purchase October 4, 2020 at the 20th Avenue College Point store. Now I gave it a chance for the 30 days trial period for this 1) PB Elite - twilight form - Queen package and the 2) Ultimate cooling package -queen size 4A-B-C and 3) pair of queen classic BOP pillows. I paid white glove delivery since Im a single parent no one who can help me. Overall Im disappointed and big time dissatisfied with everything day one. I tried returning #s 2 &;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;; 3 but was informed they cannot accept return even if unused or dont need them. Now I tried one pillow used it only a week and soooo not satisfied and not helping at all. I can go on and on but its pointless at this time I gave up since I dont have resources to waste my time for any legal actions.

False information on goof proof

I bought furniture in February 2020 I was told to add on the Goof Proof for extra coverage Incase I experience any damage and it is covered for 5 years. So I bought. Hook line and sinker!! I spilled an Alcoholic beverage on the arm that splattered on the side as well. I trued you wipe it clean with Dawn Dish detergent. After a few hours I saw that the fabric was discolored. I called the company called Guardian they are the Good Proof agency. The informed me it was not covered because they do not cover fading. Nothing in the coverage saying discoloring. They said fading. Its only 7 months old. I sent pictures showing the spill. I asked for a tech to come out . But they told me No No No. I am waiting for channel 7 Solve it. To call me back. I am not giving up I spend over 4,000 for all of this. Bad Company. Never do business with them again!! Buyer be ware Of BobS Furniture in Seabrook Nh.
