I know the felling I will not shop there again. We bought a dinning room set the whole thing had to be replaced it was broken and all marked up. The second set need two chaise replaced as they were all marked up, now 3 1/2 months latter one of the chairs had the arm fall off,called to have it replaced,they said they would be out to pick it up and drop off the replacement, well two weeks later and many of phone calls we are still waiting for the replacement chair. Also ordered LR set for my moms new place, when it came in the mirrow in the coffee table was broke,they could not get them in and was told that they would not be selling that set anymore, well they still have them in the show!!! we hada to buy another which she don't like but it was the only ones she saw. Bob's service sucks and I would not tell anyone to go there.

This is probably the same recliner I have. Same problem 'though the ad says "genuine leather everywhere the body touches".

The back top where your head touches is definitely NOT leather.

I gently wiped that area with a damp cloth and it took off the LEATHER so now there is a noticeable area with NO LEATHER!!!

Bob's stuff is ***!!!!

We went in to the KOP store to pick out new furniture for our first home. We were so excited that we found everything that we wanted, that we liked, at a good price. Customer service in store was great. We paid for our order in full, and were given a delivery date for 3 WEEKS later (we didn't mind because we had plenty to do in the new house before we moved in). About 2 weeks later we received a very vague email that the number they had on file was incorrect and they urged us to call the 1-800 customer service number. Upon doing so, the rep told me everything was fine for our delivery and they just wanted to make sure we would be ready for it. Fast forward to the day before the delivery. I called (as I like to confirm everything multiple times) and was told that our bed would arrive as planned but that the couch we paid for 3 weeks prior, would not be delivered to potentially the 25th of the month (our delivery was for the 11th). I explained to the girl that something had to be done about this as we now have no furniture to sit on. I asked for a manager when the girl basically told me I was S.O.L. Manager explained that due to unforeseen circumstances our next delivery for the couch would be (at the earliest) the 25th but that even then he couldn't promise it would be delivered. WTF!?! How is it possible that I paid for something in full and the couch was then sold out from under us within a few weeks!?! Later that night, I received a confirmation email stating our delivery date would be the 28th and not the 25th!! I am beyond livid about paying for products that were in stock at the time of purchase and now we are at the mercy of the company.

Hi no problem with bobs but the delivery guy's lie gave them a $25.00 tip and asked if They would remove the 2 old pieces of furniture they said no problem. Then they walked out And said they couldn't. Not a problem this is the last time I will shop at bobs raymore and Flanagan will remove the old stuff to the cerb but not bobs
