I have to agree with you. We bought this same bedroom set, and the legs broke a month later.
Guy came and fixed it, they began to break again. They offered to give us a new frame, don't want a different one that doesn't match and I don't want the same one if the legs are just gonna break. Basically, we have to not move much on the bed, for fear it will collapse. Its a gorgeous bed, but really, idiots...please, don't sell bed frames that will break.
Our mattress is too heavy for it too. This is all stuff they should have warned us about.

Never buy at bobs furniture. I bought living room set for my elderly parents and the leather like started to peel off and getting flaky.
The cushion by second month started to go down. They provided skin cushion Nd didn't bother putting it themselves, we had to put it ourselves. Fast forward we saw the leather started peeling off, he store manager didn't want credit us staying it has been 4 years since we bought it. Mind you there are only to elderly people and not much visitors, the furniture shouldn't have deteriorated the way it did.
The goof protection it's a joke! Stay away from bob!

Unstable chairs and bench
In Feb 2015 I purchased a boomerang table which came with 2 chairs and a bench. I called on 2 separate occasions because my chairs and bench were loss.
This was in may,they sent a tech both time he tightened them and left. Today Nov 4 2015 I called about my bench again I spoke to someone named Nick. I informed him that my bench is now rocking back and forth he said their is nothing that can be done. Also, he said that in May it was noted that their was a manufacturer problem with my chairs that I was not informed about.
I asked to speak to a supervisor he then told me the supervisor was busy. He said he would email his supervisor and someone would get in touch with me I've never heard of business being done like this. I will never buy anything from Bob's again.
They told me their is nothing they can do about my bench they said "it's an environmental problem". I'm disgusted with bob's I recommend No one to buy from them.

A year ago we purchased all our furniture from BOBS, almost $10,000 worth and we are currently in a complete nightmare dealing with these people over a $250 table. The customer service is atrocious!
The table is completely falling off the hinges and beyond repair but the representatives are so alarmingly disrespectful. My husband is so disturbed by this whole ordeal and by their employees bold-barbaric manners that he wants to hire a lawyer. What do we do? Contact BBB?
We totally bought into and payed a lot of money for their Goof Proof BS and the insurance we purchased is also bogus. This entire company is a complete fraud.
Not only is this unresolved but now I regret/resent my home full of their furniture. Buyers remorse is an understatement.
Mouse in the sofa
Bought a sofa online and I regret the day I ever purchased anything from them. When I sat on the sofa a mouse popped out.
I called to have the issue resolved and something done by Bob's Furniture and I was told there was nothing that they could do accept give me a $75 gift card. They said the mouse didn't come from their warehouse and couldn't be inside the sofa before it was delivered. Since they were delivery to New York and NY is loaded with mice, the deliverymen might have put the couch down and the mouse climbed in.
I will never order anything from them again.

I have a bunk bed from Bobs. They sold me a goof proof plan since the beds are for my 9 year old.
When i move to my new home i call and ask if i still covered even if a move. They said yes. In my new home few days after i move in i was putting some blankets in one of the big drawer and when i open the top part broke. I call goof Proof and guess what?
They dont cover because they claim the damage happen during the moving process. They are nothing but a thiefs and i will NEVER PAY A PENNY FOR GOOF PROOF again.
Bobs should not sale goof proof warranty because u are lying for your costumers. I pay for a peace of mind but receive nothing but rudeness, sarcarm and lies from the GOOF PROOF team.
