bought sofa from Bob's. Sofa didn't arrive. When you try calling, no humans. No return calls. Website is worthless. So, I now regret Bob's. Worst customer service I ever experienced. So if you buy...good luck. I am rating 1 since there is no zero.

RUNAROUND BY THE COMPANY AND NO RESTITUTION

I had the WORST experience with your store. I ordered a spencer nightstand in September and have not received it. I understand the covid-19 and delays but I ordered the whole set and got that in record time but the nightstand was another story. The whole set was to be delivered and the only thing that showed up were two lamps! So I had to wait another week to get the furniture after I had thrown out my old furniture. Needless to say I had to sleep on my floor and lost a day of work because they didnt tell me that my furniture would not be there as scheduled! I was given a $50 gift card seriously? What am I going to do with that!! Now back to the nightstand. That was to be delivered via fedex and I never received anything! I called over and over and got different stories each time. Needless to say, I still dont have my nightstand! So I switched it to delivery and then I was told I owed $63 for delivery!!! Now its not being delivered until December. I was told I would receive it 10/24!!! Someone needs to rectify this situation IMMEDIATELY!!

Unhappy with purchase and unable to exchange or cancel

10/5/2020 I purchas$3200ed mattress that cost me beyond what I planned to buy and my mistake is that I was swayed and sales talked by this sales associate in College Point store. When I wanted to make changes i had to go through red tapes and many hours on hold you name it I made calls to all the number provided but unsuccessful for 2-3 consecutive days and more than 3 hours on hold. Now I am stuck with a hefty bills that I am not happy about my purchase that cost me $3200.00 Never again that I would do any business it's so complicated and being stuck with such enormous bills is unacceptable.... Still stalling on a delivering a part

same thing this week now the parts was recieved on 10/28/2020 and it will be shipped to me on 11/4/2020...

I ordered my furniture in July 2020 and before we left the store the salesperson was harassing me to leave a Google review. I received the furniture, and we pointed out that the drawer was broken, and they told us to call, and they will replace or fix it. I have called numerous times, and they keep giving me that part will be delivered at 1st it was that it was back ordered and now is that they have it and email me with the tracking number 3x in the last two weeks the same story. we in October and still waiting for the parts

Very bad experience

I bought a bedroom set .The frame broke within a week they came and fixed it .It was not fixed .They never got back to me because of coronavirus I guess.Now they are telling me they dont make that bed anymore but it need to be replaced. I ordered two sectionals they brought one through the front wanted to take the other one through the side door they said it wouldnt fit and didnt even try. I also ordered a kitchen set and I havent even heard anything about that. Do not buy anything from them there furniture is not good quality and their service is worse.

Today they came to deliver my daughters bedroom furniture they broke the bed putting it together left pieces all over her room they came at 8 AM they left at 10:30 AM and everything was not put together then plus they didnt bring the mattress with Them they couldve called and told me the order was not correct or ready but instead they only delivered half of it didnt put it together pieces are everywhere in her room and I still have no mattress youre telling me the earliest they can get a mattress is November 15 if I wanted to upgrade to a better mattress I would have to take additional $200 ridiculous they should pay for the mess up not me very very poor customer service Ive been on the phone since 10:30 AM is not 4:42 PM and I have gotten nowhere . Left all the pieces laying everywhere in her room I put it in a pile

Customer service and tracking delivery

When you try and call your stuck in a never ending loop for at least 45 minutes to an hour. When he tried to chat with them it says that your 80 in the queue. And finally when I had put my phone number and customer order in the delivery form it says they can't find me. I have been waiting a month for someone to get back to me. my bedroom set is paid in full.

POOR SERVICE

I purchased a dining table over the phone on July 20 from Bobs Furniture. I was told it would be on back order and be delivered the end of August. I called the head office towards the end of August to know the date of delivery and was told it was still on back order and would be delivered Sept. 28. I requested a phone call to update me of any changes. I called back and was told it would not be available until Oct. 5. I have not received any calls or email to update me of the changes. I called back today again Sept. 23 to find out date of delivery. I am now being told AGAIN that it is still on back order and will not be available until Oct. 23. I cannot express enough my disappointment and disgust over this matter. What I hate the most is the poor customer service from Bobs Furniture. This is so frustrating. I need to know WHY I have to wait for 3 months when I was made assure that I would get it by August 31. I need a response from them.... if I had gotten some type of response from them that my order was going to be delayed I would have respected that. But their service is very poor. I will NEVER again buy/order from BOB'S FURNITURE ever again. I know for sure that I will never recommend them to anyone.

I was scheduled for a service call on Saturday 12, waited all day, received first text at 7:45 for window and then every couple of hours after that stating what time they would be there but never showed up. I got a confirmation email wanting me to sign like they had been there. I immediately called and was told the service guys said I didnt have what they needed to complete the job when they never came. My kids bed is damaged and they cant sleep in it. This was my day off and I wasted a whole day. I need for someone to contact me ASAP. I was told they couldnt come back until next Saturday which is not good. Im very disappointed in the customer service during this process.

THE DRAWS RUB AGAINST THE SIDES AND KNOCK AS I OPEN AND CLOSE THEM; BOARDS TO HOLD THE MATTRESS ISN'T STABLED &;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;; EASY TO BREAK AND MATTRESS DOESN'T FIT THE BED WHICH ISN'T COMFORTABLE OR APPEALING. INSIDE THE DRAWS ARE WARPED. THE HEADBOARD ISN'T LEVELED WITH BED. IT SQUEAKS & RATTLES WHEN YOU SIT ON IT. THIS IS A VERY CHEAP PRODUCT, I "DON'T" WANT IT! CUSTOMER CARE SAID I HAVE TO WAIT UNTIL SEPTEMBER 15TH FOR SOMEONE TO COME CHECK IT OUT.
