You do realize that you are not THE ONLY PERSON on a delivery route right? Was there a delay due to a previous stop, traffic, etc?

Do you even know? Like Amazon, Fed Ex, USPS trackers, they only update as stops and deliveries are made, each event is logged in a computer then updates the tracker.

They offer a time-frame as a courtesy. Like any service that gives a time-frame, any logically thinking person would understand that *** happens on the road.

Great intial service. Sales person knowledgeable and helpful...but all downhill from there. Upon delivery bed rails were mismatched and footboard lacquer peeling. Called and solution was for me to pay for the WRONG bed rails to be delivered back to them and in turn they send me the correct ones. Told it would take 5 days for redelivery. 5th day came no delivery....told they forgot to put them on the truck and that they changed my delivery date for that Friday. Asked why no one called customer service had no response. Claimed I could get compensation for my disservice after I received my bed rails. When merchandise received called for compensation. Told they would give me a $50 yes $50 gift card to their store!! Why would I want a gift card to a store that I just had poor service with?!! Customer service agent had no answer. Agent was confused about their financing bank and how I would be credited my money. Unable to give me any confirmation that the $50 would be taken off of my account instead of sending me a gift card. I will NEVER buy anything from Bob's again. How is a $50 gift card compensating someone who spent almost $4000 in your establishment?!! Ridiculous

I am going through the same situation as I type. I am furious that customer service just have me the flipant answer that leather is not covered. What would I be buying the good proof for then. The couches are all leather!!!! What would be covered? I will be calling them back and letting them know that I will be spreading this news as fast and far as I possible can and that I will also be stopping in every bobs store I pass to tell the customers looking at the leather to do themselves a favor and leave the store immediately!!!

I called the goof proof protection plan people and was told that they did not cover a dropped recliner so I asked what kind of accident would be covered and they had no answer, so I paid for a plan to protect my chair and the plan don't cover anything. It will be a cold day in *** before I go back to the two faced bob's and any one who go's there will get the same treatment that I got bob's is a scam so be careful they smile and act nice but when there is a problem they don't' want to know nothing 70 bucks down the drain because they don't back there protection plan

Details
I blame myself for not realizing right away that my recliner didn't recline back far enough, but I blame Bob's Furniture for poor return policies. They only allow 3 days for a return and it seems that the big chunk of money spent on a product should make the seller want to please the consumer. Boy was I wrong! They have no interest in pleasing the customer. Thank God I only bought the recliner. We were going to buy the remaining set later. Guess what?...Not anymore. I will look elsewhere for a company that will work with their customers.
