Disappointed

So we had appointment for the repair person to come between 8:30-10:15 am.we waited until 11:30 to call the office to find out what was going on because the repair person had not come yet. they had us on hold for about 25 minutes then to return back to the phone to say they can't locate the repair team they would call us back when they hear from the team. 2hrs later still no call. We called back to hear WE have to call back and make another appointment because bobs furniture don't know what's going on between them and the Repair Team .a whole 6hrs waisted so upset I will never go back to big Bob STORE. (Mind you bobs furniture kept texting me all week to remind me of the appointment smh)

Furniture wear and warranty bogus

Have contacted all levels of customer service and have been told that I should not expect my furniture to match .

Purchased 5 year goof protection and put in a claim. The warranty explained by the sales person that if item is no longer in stock that items will be replaced with new item. I purchased a dining room SET. The table has started to peel and is not fixable. They no longer sell the set that they offered me 341.00 to purchase new table at bobs that does not match my set of 161.00 cash to go away which will then void my warranty on my whole set. They refuse to consider this a set and will not let me replace the set to have matching items.

Having received my missing legs on my chair.This was first reported the same day that my furniture was delivered.At the end of July and still haven't received them yet.I am a first time buyer I won't be buying from Bob's again.I waited r weeks to have this happen,my lambs has taken 6 weeks to get to me they arrive on the 14th of August.After buying and spending my hard earn money at these trying times I am very dissatisfied.

Bad Experience

This company is the worst!!! Bob's Discount Furniture on Manchester Road. BEWARE!!!. They say everything you want to hear but fall short after you pay them. Its been 3 months since we ordered a sectional couch. We showed up on our scheduled pick up date and our full order was not available to pick up. We have been told 5 different delivery dates. We have taken off work and waited for deliveries and on each date there has been no delivery... and no call from Bob's Discount Furniture. To add insult to injury, when you try and call them they keep you on hold for 2-3 hours and then they disconnect you. They have disconnected us 4 times now, which shows that this technique part of their normal operating strategy. They don't call you back and you have to start the call process all over again. We placed an order June 1st and August 8th we still have not received our purchase. Today we waited on hold for 2 hours, when they answered the phone, we and got the representatives call back number in case we got disconnected. Guess what??? After talking to them a few minutes they disconnected us again!!! We tried calling them back and the number and extension they provided to us. That number took us to the same phone system to wait another 3 hours. At first, they blamed their incompetence on the Coronavirus and shipments taking longer than expected. They said it was in route and would take an additional 7 days. We found out today, three months later, that the couch had never been ordered and they were not even sure if it was going to be manufactured in the color we ordered.

Didn't receive my merchandise

My husband and I placed the order number 1385**** on June 29th 2020, and we paid in full. We scheduled a delivery with the sales person by August 7th day that we are moving to our new place. Unfortunately Today August 7th by 1 pm my husband decided to stop by at the store to ask about the delivery at this point zero communication from anyone, we were told that by mistake no one place the order and the next available day will be October the 10th. So do I have to sleep on the floor for the next two months?? The sales representative wasn't helpful at all, He told me that these issues are happening a lot because people can not wait and needs all ASAP now I'm wondering that since June 29th it wasn't enough time? Why we never receive a heads up about no availability of the bed.

Poor quality

Bobs Discount Furniture - Poor quality
We just had a bobs inspector come out to check my mattress for mold on the underside of the bed .. I was told that the manufacturer warranty does not cover mold ... we've had a goof proof protector on this matress. The mold must be deep inside the foam . I've now read numerous customer complaints in regards to the same exact issue with mold . I've purchased over 9000 in furniture from these guys . This is just a disgrace and a kick in the face.

Mold proliferates in damp conditions. It is rather damp in the countries this stuff comes from.

Best to throw out before you have a health problem due to the mold.

We closed down a building in my area a few years ago due to "toxic mold" as they called it. Nasty stuff.

I also brought a bed from bobs funtuire and one of the legs broke on the bed. Husband had to build it up. Bobs funtuire is nothing.

Brought furniture from Bob's . Spent 4,000 dollars there. Brought a couch and lazy boy chair and headboard, mattresses and bed frame that go up and down. Went to the clearance area and I ask sales person about the clearance department. She told just little miner things was wrong. Brought black couch and this couch is going in the garbage. Told me just a little hole in the back of the couch. Come to find out all the wood in the couch is all broke up. The couch is sitting low on one end and high on the other end. The lazy boy should have been a rocking chair because it is so loose. Very Very disappointed. Will never go back to Bob's. I tell my family and friends also dont spend your money there. Very angry.

i have furnished my house twice from Bobs which was fine until the recliner on my couch stopped working. i was told that my claim was not covered because i could not pinpoint the incident that caused it to stop. Its a scam and have completely lost my business.

Delivered at 10am not good yet. Bobs sport copper mattress

Called 65 minutes did not hold on. Mattress ends did not come up the sides are not from sides flabby.. this does not look good ?

I was not refunded my money for my delivery as they told me I have to wait another three to five business days it's been going on two weeks now

My delivery was late they told me they was going to refill my delivery charge I had to go through *** and high waters just to get them to activate the refund and now I have to wait another three to five business days this is unacceptable y'all can come get the bed and give me all of my money back at the end of the day
