Great intial service. Sales person knowledgeable and helpful...but all downhill from there. Upon delivery bed rails were mismatched and footboard lacquer peeling. Called and solution was for me to pay for the WRONG bed rails to be delivered back to them and in turn they send me the correct ones. Told it would take 5 days for redelivery. 5th day came no delivery....told they forgot to put them on the truck and that they changed my delivery date for that Friday. Asked why no one called customer service had no response. Claimed I could get compensation for my disservice after I received my bed rails. When merchandise received called for compensation. Told they would give me a $50 yes $50 gift card to their store!! Why would I want a gift card to a store that I just had poor service with?!! Customer service agent had no answer. Agent was confused about their financing bank and how I would be credited my money. Unable to give me any confirmation that the $50 would be taken off of my account instead of sending me a gift card. I will NEVER buy anything from Bob's again. How is a $50 gift card compensating someone who spent almost $4000 in your establishment?!! Ridiculous

Complete rippoff along with goof ball plan covers nothing...class action suit anyone? Arm split @ seam after couple months..bar stool leg broke @ knot in wood...bed boards fell off after a month ...lacquer finish on all wood curling off ...leather is not leather and all peeled...oh none of :this is covered wtf...now I have to watch his new commercial bragging about his new store opening...what total ***

BOBS FUNIRTURE SUCKS | Bobs Discount Furniture review

Avoid at all costs, have had couch for tops 3 years and the loveseat leather has completely peeled off. Dont spend your Money at bobs and go somewhere who sells real furniture that will last more than 3 years. HORRIBLE AVOID AT ALL COSTS. The Sofa decides to creak when you sit on it and now the Sofa leather is starting to peel also. It should be illegal for them to sell the *** furniture that they do. Do yourself a favor and go to ikea/macys or anywhere else but Bobs you will be kicking yourself down the road for saving a couple of bucks for *** furniture.

It's not illegal to sell junk. Buyer beware.

Do your homework and know what you're buying. Don't expect cheap junk to last and don't blame the seller for taking money you willingly forked over.

Where to start. I placed an order for a day bed and dresser received the wrong the wrong bed and no dresser at all, had to go back to store to reorder the bed i already ordered but was delivered incorrectly. Dresser whole other story, they couldnt do anything about it for 3 days because according to them it was delivered even though it was not and their delivery company confirmed it was not bc it was damaged, 2nd delivery every piece they delivered was damaged so its now been a week my 5 year old has gone without a bed on top of a wrong box that was left in my house smashing down onto her head. Customer service, what funny term, since they have none. Dont buy from Bob's unless you want a headache, a mess made out of your house, and no merchandise, but pay for it. Oh and not to mention the loss of wages for waiting for them to deliver. I wonder how many times it would take them to actually deliver unbroken good quality furniture. Chalk it up to learning the hard way. Yes you'll "pay four times the price" up front for good furniture, but it will last longer. Buy cheap and you pay over and over again, replacing it.

I purchased a living room set from bobs furniture less den six months the cotton started coming off from the bottom of the couches. I have goof proof plans they did not covered my plane just cause the address is not the same from where it was delivered and wanted to change me. I well never shop in bobs furniture again. I have all my furniture from there an now I have to start all over again. I hate bobs furniture!!!!!!

I'm assuming the tech used a board to give a flat surface from which to measure the depth of the indentation. I've heard of a string and tape measure being used.

The tech should have told you how deep the hole was and how deep it had to be to be covered under the warranty. But yeah, perhaps 265# is too much for that particular mattress.

I received a email my furniture was ready for pick up , I called to confirm it I was told yes it is ready. Upon arrival 1 piece out of 5 was ready after spending $100 in fuel. The staff and manager was of no help what so ever. They had no problem taking $$ from my account in under 10 minutes but I have to wait 5 days for a refund! The staff is horrible the service is horrible I will never return to any location again! My advice go somewhere else anywhere else. Highly disappointed in the entire process.
