Was promised switch of furniture on Aug 23,2014. After waiting all day for delivery, guys show up at 3:15 with Wrong furniture. When I asked, where is my sofa, his reply was, " I don't know". They go back to their truck and ***! I called customer service, LOL, was told that I would receive a $25 gift card for my troubles. Laughable! My waiting around all day is worth more than $25. At the end of conversation, I was asked if there was anything else she could do? I laughed and said "You haven't done anything yet except aggravate and be-little me. Delivery and customer service is a HUGE DISAPPOINTMENT! Try calling their customer service @ 800 569-1284 and bring a lunch!

Just because you all had Bad experiences doesn't mean the store is bad.. Every store has bad reviews including Ashley's , anerican sig mealys .

no one writes about good experiences Just negative experiences..

Most of this is exaggerated or you had a sales rep who didn't explain properly . Take your negativity elsewhere .

Set is about a year and a half old. It's peeling, has nicks and scratches all over it. Goof proof came twice already. I can basically scratch it with my fingernail! Table has place mats and a table cloth on constantly. Took four times to even get the set delivered, as each time it was damaged straight out of the box! Worst furniture ever! Waste of money!!!!! Customer service is of no help. I feel like donating this to goodwill. It looks like garbage. Times are tough, people are scraping together money to buy nice things and I totally wasted my money!

Leather Couch Review

Not the happiest customer! I purchased a piece of a sectional/leather couch from Bob's approximately 6 months ago. 2 of the seats are flaking in the seam already!!!!!! The irony is that I tend to favor the far right side, where there isn't any noticeable wear and tear!..It was a Clearance Item so I guess I'm screwed!..Ugghhh!

Bought a "leather" couch a year ago, well the "leather" is peeling off the couch. I called the goof proof hot line and they told me they do not cover it, the old wear and tear excuse. I bought the goof proof with a five year warranty that was suppose to cover everything. I then called Bob's direct they had me send pictures of the couch. They told me the leather looked like it had been scratched off by a animal. I told them I have no animals and that it is just peeling off. They told me I am SOL!! having reading all these complaints it seems like this happens a lot!!

Incompetent Employee Review

Terrible!!!! The guy who assisted us, Keith was a liar, incompetent. They told me that they were going to deliver at 9, they were 3hois late, got 3 messages from automated system, all different with the time frame, and their call center support is horrible, they don't know anything. I am definitely not going back!

So I bought the "Kendall sectional" from bobs and i was in love with it! Fast forward a year( keep in mind its only been a year) and its in shambles! the couch cushions deflated there is a tear on it ! so i went and called the warranty and they wont cover any of it! Such b.s. i will not stand for this i paid good money for this couch and now im just screwed... do not buy from there or be dazzled by this "so-called warranty! Theyre just out for money and are major scam artists! they lied to us and said "everything is covered" at the time of purchase.

Same thing happened to me, no coverage for a tear with goof proof. Then I go to order a replacement part and nearly two months after my first of at least ten phone calls and two in store visits, I get a phone call from a incompetent customer service representative who explains to me that they no longer make the couch and basically by a new one, while laughing at me on the phone. Go to another place, it may be a little more but it will last much longer.

purchased kitchen table and living room set..never delivered...They said I was responsible for contacting the delivery when the sale person had made arrangements over phone to deliver. My daughter was in tears, and I was disappointed for her. Yonkers, New York store

I am still working to resolve this matter to no avail and me an underpaid American solider having to pay more for the fix when I have paid for the warranty. The sectional still has the tags on it . Having kids I opted for the "goof proof" One of the kids had a snarled snap on the seat of their pants and now scuffing on the chaise seat and Bob's or the warranty company will not help me .wtf? They will sell me a new cushion half price which isn't too bad but why have goof proof I would like to get some resolve from this situation. I Still have furniture on order and need to make a payment. Now this I am not sure if I want to deal with bob's.
