Poor Quality | Bobs Discount Furniture review

I purchased a love seat in the outlet section. Once we got it home I noticed it was poorly made (plastic legs) but it was for an area we seldom use. Well after 5 months and about 6 times sitting on it, I notice the arm it snapped on the inside. I have a feeling it was broken when we bought it or beginning to break, I reached under the cushion to find cardboard in the back of the couch. My goodness how cheap can this be constructed! Since it was bought in the clearance area there is no warranty. $325 wasted as I am going to have to throw it out.

I bought a couch, loveseat, recliner. Delivery was on time, I signed, they left. After an inspection, i found glue marks that won't come out, and the electric cord was pinched under recliner and it is off track. So using the recliner is not possible. Service person will be coming to "fix" soon.

Feel they are not in fault | Bobs Discount Furniture review

My son bought a table a month ago, and he paid Bob's discount furniture to install, now that it's time for him to move, we go to take the table down, and the screws are stripped. We call them, and they say they are not responsible. They say the only way they would of fixed it, if we would of noticed the screws were stripped upon delivery. So now we have to go buy an tool in order to get the table out the house.

Tried calling the Corporate Office in regard to speaking to a Higher Up after numerous calls to Customer Service with no results. Getting a run around for weeks about credit due on damaged furniture and being told it would be resolved in 1/2 Business Days. After calling Corporate it said after listening to the prompts to press 0 to speak with an operator, Pressed 0 and was told this was not a good function. What kind of business when you speak with a actual person tells you I can only send a email and it will take 1/2 more Business days to get an answer.

DONT WASTE MONEY AT BOBs | Bobs Discount Furniture review

Sales was great - Customer Service is terrible and ruined sales - Furniture comes damaged. They don't honor the "white glove" delivery, My house was a disaster after they left, foam, scraps of boxes and random garbage from the packaging everywhere. When you have problems with your delivery, they promise fair compensation for their mistakes after all is corrected and delivered. My order was close to 11k. The "fair compensation" was $100 gift card to shop at Bobs. Refused to refund at least the delivery fee of $329. DO NOT WASTE TIME and MONEY with BOBs
