Bought a living room set in february was to be delivered on feb 7 they came but was wrong furniture called customer service they did nothing we have nurses in and out daily for an ill son explained we needed this immediately needless to say we were without furniture until february 20. We called numerous times we were told that we would be reimbursed the delivery fee and compensated for the inconvenience well in 7 to 10 days we may get the delivery fee but as far as the inconvenience dicount thats not happening either i told them i am filing a complaint with bbb.
We will never use this company again.
We understand mistakes happen but you would think for medical nessesity they would atleast try to rectify the problem. This is unacceptable business.
