Good deals on furniture, a decent warrantee, but BAD delivery. They must hire on-the-cheap, because these guys not only did extensive damage to my home, they could not even bring the couch into my house (I've lived here 14 years, there hasn't been anything we can't get in), and tried to take it back with them.

When I protested, because I had paid for it in full, they left it on my porch. They also ruined a door frame, scratched up my hard wood floors, and destroyed a storm door. I had to hire movers on my own, at $200.00, to bring it in my door. I will never purchase anything from this store again, simply because they are too cheap to hire competent, qualified people to deliver their merchandise.

How sad. Making things worse, Bob's has yet to return my call to finish my claim for damages.
