it's been 3 weeks since I've ordered a part for my sofa which of course was not covered by goof proof so I had to pay out of pocket. I have not been able to sit on my sofa for 3 weeks and I am still waiting on this part to be shipped.

I just called and they told me it still was not shipped and that I won't get it for another 3-5 bussiness days which in Bob's Furtniture time is 10-15 bussiness days.

Nothing but bad experiences since I've bought furniture from here. Never again will they have my bussiness.
