Bought a couch and love seat exactly two years ago from Bob's Discount Furniture. I did not buy the protection plan bc my furniture store last many years.
This furniture is peeling and flaking. Customer care told me that I didn't need the protection plan bc bobs realized the quality was less than acceptable. The warranty for the bonded leather was 5 years. He sent me an email where I was to submit the photos of the damaged furniture.
I soon received a credit of less than half. I call customer care again and they did not get all the pictures and the reason I received that a out was because it was a one time courtesy.
A supervisor advised me that the rep should not of told me about the 5 year warranty bc it's incorrect. She will review the conversation for training purposes; certainly not to stand behind what he told me.
