Who do I call to get this credit, I get the run around; please help me.I call the numbers below to NO AVAIL.

I really want to get this issue behind me and redeem the certificate. Please mail it to me or tell me how to redeem. This was given to me for the amazing amount of problems I had with my furniture. And I realize Bobs tried to do the right thing for me, so again please help me bring this issue to finality.
