defective cushions since aug-09 delivery,customer service clueless, nov-09 recieved cusion cover,no foam? call customer service for about the tenth time,15 min wait,busy with complaints again!they will send out a tech again to check couch.tech was here sept 09 to check cusions and was told we need new cusions, HERE WE GO AGAIN!!!!!!!!
Does anyone there even know what their doing. Called customer service again, i need to wait 4 weeks for next appointment, so a tech can come out so see the cushions, then i have to call customer service back to make another appointment to have the cushion fixed. WHAT A ****** JOKE!!!!
