I purchased a sofa and love seat. In less than 2 weeks the seams began to tear.
I called for a refund. They refused to refund my money. They would only exchange the items or give me a store credit. They kept referencing the disclosure I signed.
No where in the disclosure did it say that there are no refunds, only exchanges or store credits. I feel that the disclosure was vague enough that they could enforce it without recourse. Once Bobs has your money, that's it.
You are stuck with their products. Their corporate office is located in CT and I filed a claim with the CT Better Business Bureau.
