Bobs furniture has the worst customer service the sales lady followed us around and only spoke to my boyfriend wouldn't give me time of day I'm the one that's buying the furniture then the store manager did the exact same thing. We were both so aggravated we left it was such a bad experience we will never shop there again

We purchased our furniture and literally have paid for it 3 times at this point. Supposedly a new manager is in charge and they want to credit our account 2 payments to make up for their billing issues and lack of proper disclosure when we purchased our furniture. BUYER BEWARE! This is not an honest company to do business to purchase from ever!

Bob's customer service takes bad service to an entirely new level.I have had some bad customer service in my lifetime, but never to the point where I was deliberately lied to. I have had the worst expierence with Bob furniture and will never purchase anything from this store again.I been waiting for months for a staircase replacement fro one of my bunk beds and it is a safety hazard for my children.
