Bobs furniture has the worst customer service the sales lady followed us around and only spoke to my boyfriend wouldn't give me time of day I'm the one that's buying the furniture then the store manager did the exact same thing. We were both so aggravated we left it was such a bad experience we will never shop there again

We purchased our furniture and literally have paid for it 3 times at this point. Supposedly a new manager is in charge and they want to credit our account 2 payments to make up for their billing issues and lack of proper disclosure when we purchased our furniture. BUYER BEWARE! This is not an honest company to do business to purchase from ever!

Purchased a couch , got the wrong one looks cheap plastic legs , call customer called care to return it , they said no body is available to pick until the following week , day of the pick up nobody shows up was waiting the whole, bottom line worst experience I ever had will purchase nothing from there .
