Bobs Discount Furniture - Horrible

I purchased goof proof protection for my bedroom furniture . I called over 4 weeks ago to file a claim and no one has returned my call. I attempted to call again this past Monday and was placed on hold for 45 minutes . No one came on the phone and the call was disconnected. As a customer for years this was a horrible experience and will never purchase from Bob’s again.
