I recently purchased a Miranda ottoman that was too big for my living room.Wanted to return it for something else they woykdnt let me.

Called Albany store still waiting for a call back it's been 2 weeks. Your customer service was very condisending and nor helpful at all. Was going to purchase a dining room set from you think I'll go elsewhere.

Not impressed with customer service or delivery.They damaged my door and said they couldn't do anything about it.
