Purchased a dual power reclining sofa fot about $1000. Delivery day comes - sofa comes in two sections.

They bring the first section in. Waiting for them yo bring the second section in when I'm told that they put the wrong second piece on the truck. Half was leather (what I ordered)...the other half was fabric. Was told by the one guy on the truck that spoke English (albeit not well) that I would be recieving a call from customer service.

Three hours later....still no call. Went to different store, bought 2 recliners, saved $200 and cancelled the order with Bob's.

I understand mistakes are made, and if they called back as promised to rectify the error, there would not have been an issue. Their customer service robo call asking me to rate my delivery still came later that day....guess who didn't get a good review.
