Hi I would believe I'm a valued customer I've spent over 4000 dollars or more in the past2 to 3 yrs and always paid on time if not early. today I had a 2000 dollar order for a bedroom set plus mattress been sleeping on couch all week waiting for todays delivery Saturday September 17th I don't have transportation so I was here all day waiting with a 4 hr.
window 12:30 to 4:30 they called around 12 but didn't get phone on time no way to get a hold of them they took a pitcher of the sign were I live at bottom of hill stated customer but never came up to my house I was told by customer service they went home this was a great disappointment will never buy from bobs again due to the poor delivery service never received my order thanks for nothing. was a valued customer not anymore.
