Bought a sofa with the goof proof plus warranty.springs from couch are sticking you in the butt when you sit.they say its non factory defect and they wont replace it.the warranty states that they will replace only if they cant fix....nevermind people dont waste your money.its basically just more expensive ikea garbage

Bought furniture in February and waiting for visit #4 for repeated problems.I have asked to have morning appointments. And tell them I cant be home from 3-4pm and I have been scheduled every time from2-4. Its crappy furniture and they won't exchange it. I'm writing this to warn anyone thinking of buying "leather" couches. Contrary to what you think, $1,200 IS cheap: IF they were truly leather couches. One real leather couch would start at something like $5,000 to $6,000 and up! What you purchased was "bonded leather" which is code for Glued leather/vinyl particles. It's really just cheap vinyl which is why if peels. IT'S JUNK and I am on a mission to stop this *** from being sold to anyone....
