So disappointed and dissatisfied with this company. Purchased a Sierra couch 26 months ago, and it was always a problem.

Cushions ripped and they eventually brought us new ones. Now the frame is broken. Customer service requested photos which we provided. They lost them and then found them a month later.

They declined the claim saying that it was the frame of a couch we bought in 2012. Explained bought in 2014, and they said send the photos again. Another three weeks goes by without a call. Spent 49 minutes (that I will never get back) arguing with customer service.

They found the photos and "reviewed them by AMS" whoever that is.

They decided that it looks like "normal wear and tear." Really, can't stand behind your own product...we even had purchased the "good proof" warranty. Will never purchase from them again, and will be filing with Consumer Affairs and any other place I can.
