Bob's furniture not worth it | Bobs Discount Furniture in New York, New York

I bought the marble top table from bob's over a year ago when I first got it the was a big gash on the table top I called and after months of me rejecting awful replacements I finally got one the day I went into labor so I had no time to inspect it upon returing home I inspected it I found it is dull and has some scratches upon calling bobs they tOld me to call guardian and vice versa that went on for a while until my chairs broke and I tried to place a claim which I kept getting switched from bob to guardian need less to say they will not cover anything I am pissed and I am think about calling 7 on your side and may be a class action suit they customer service sucks they sell *** and garbage and I am so dissatisfied.

In May 2012, I bought a bob-o-pedic mattress/box spring. Upon delivery, the mattress was 1 1/4 inches wider than the foundation.

I called Bob's and a techinian was sent to my home to review the matter. The technician verified that the mattress was wider than the foundation. The technician had me speak to a Bobs customer service representative. The CSR spoke to a supervisor and I was first told that mattresses are sometimes wider than box springs and there was no basis for an exchange.

When I protested, I was told Bobs would swap the mattress/box spring for replacments but they would charge me a delivery fee. I own 2 tempurpedic mattresses and my family has been VERY satisfied.

I took a chance by buying a Bob-o-pedic mattress and made a mistake in doing so. I will never again do business with Bobs discount furniture.

Bob Furniture Goof protection Plan (Sale person) | Bobs Discount Furniture in Bellevue, Washington

Bob Furniture 5 year Protection plan is a scam. The protection plan does not cover all things after the 30 days, as the salesperson say it...Sounds good but it is not. The Manufacturers warranty is garbage, they are trying to take your money. Go check out Bob's Furniture remove the cushions of a sectional furniture, you will find only one spring with sticks of wood holding the cushion up, after a while you will see the furniture sinking in. The screws on the table and on the chair begins to loosen up and you have to constantly tighten the screws. Not worth the money spent

The goof proof is a protection plan that covers you for accidental damages in the home. Bob's merchandise does come with a complimentary one year manufacturing warranty.

After the one year has expired we also offer a complimentary "best effort" service where we would come to your home and attempt to repair anything related to manufacturing defects.

Bob Furniture Goof Proof Plan of Protection | Bobs Discount Furniture in Bellevue, Washington

I call bob furniture goof protection plan because the sectional furniture I bought after one year were sinking in, to find out that one spring was holding up the cushions in the entire sectional. The customer service representative said they could not replace the pieces after the 30 days of purchase. Warning to everyone before purchasing a piece of furniture from Bob's Furniture check out all the furniture first from cushions to legs and springs. Make sure the tables are assemble correctly. Check to see if every screw is properly in the table and chairs. Protection Plan is BS

Never in my life would i ever go to this BS store again they lie to you in order to get your money telling you anything and everything and then once they have your money the BS comes 3 times I have tried to get my sofa deliver and they always come up with BS the 1st time the guy CUT my sofa unpacking it the 2nd time they called me saying that the sofa got damage the 3rd time it was ripped and then they come out saying that they would give me a gift certificate to bob's??? *** TO THE NO!!! I told her after all this do you really think i would want to get something else from this BS store I don't care if they would give me a $3,000.00 sofa for $9.00 they could shove it up their azzes

Bobs discount furniture what a bust

Bought a couch , a recliner, 2 ottomans and a small table While the store personnel were nice and helpfull the service after the sale Sucked I was told that EVERYTHING but the carpet was in stock but if I was willing to wait 2 weeks they would bring it all at one time. No problem two weeks later bobs truck shows up 3 hours late with no get ready NO CHAIR yes the chair tha was in stock when I PAID IN FULL Seems as though BOBS sold the chair that was in stock that I purchased while awaiting the RUG Worse didnt have the courtesy to call and tell me the chair wasnt coming So that morning before the delevery I had ALL of my old stuff hauled away Now I have to wait a MONTH for the Chair or go shop for a different one On top of that the nice little table was delevered severly damaged called Bobs and was told Tuff luck on the Chair , wait or come and and shop for a new one No discount , No we can try to find another one faster or maybe theire a floor model in another location nothing just tough luck The table they will swap out but Good Grief it was so severly damaged im not sure how it even made it onto a delevery truck

Poor customer service | Bobs Discount Furniture in Fishkill, New York

After fighting with Bob's to return and refund money on broken furniture, I finally posted on this site and put a stop payment on the Bob's credit card through Wells Fargo Bank. "Eric" responded to my complaint and did in fact get the ball rolling, however, the furniture was returned on Jan 6 and I am still getting bills. I've made numerous calls and the blame has been shifted to various departments. I've been told the store where the purchase was made must submit the paperwork which has already apparently been approved. Three follow up calls to the store have been made and the paperwork has not to my knowledge been submitted to the refund dept. Additionally, when I took delivery of a dinning set a broken chair had to be reordered. Due to this my bill reflects an additional charge for this chair since I wasn't billed for it when it wasn't delivered. However, this dinning room armchair that I wasn't billed for initially is now being billed to my account for over $500! Bob's acknowledges that this is in error, however, Wells Fargo cannot account for this and they want to get paid... Broken merchandise, poor customer service, bad corporate policies, mismanagement, broken promises and the list goes on! The good news is that I'm very pleased with the furniture I purchased from Raymor and Flanigan. Oh, and by the way Bob's... while shopping at Raymor, in addition to buying a dinning set I also purchased a rug, kitchen table, and entertainment center. Too bad you suck or you could have had this sale....

while they have your money, their making interest on it, and you're stuck waiting for *** furniture that falls apart.. This guy Eric is going around trying to "Make It Right" The only way he can make it right is if he told you to go somewhere else, Bob's sucks.
