Ok, so after 2 visits to the nearest Bobs furniture store to measure our sofa and check it out, we decided to purchase one, even after reading all the negative reviews about customer service. The price was great, we got a call saying our sofa was going to be delivered Monday morning between 10-11 according to there state of the art tracking system, yeah right.
Well they never showed up, then it was 1-2pm, never showed, then after numerous calls they were on there way, nope never showed up. At 8 pm we get a call about how they took our sofa off by accident, can we reschedule for Wednesday, explained that we work and had to take a day off to accommodate them, customer service promised it would be there between 1:30-5:30, guess what never happened, after more calls again promised it will be there.
Tracking system stated we were next, we get a call at 10pm, they can't contact the truck and can they deliver the following week, thank god we didn't throw our old sofa away, it was in the garage. We told them to forget it, it must've been kharma, they did refund all of our money, but I will never again go there or recommend them to anyone I know.
