I just bought a new sleeper couch a month ago noticed that It was sinking on one side of the couch called customer care service they sent out a tech to the house the tech looked at the couch and all he did was put more padding in one of the cushions noticed a few days after that the sleeper was detached from the couch on the right side nails screws bent broken wood on the inside went to Bob’s furniture store today showed him the pictures and asked if I could return the couch and get a new couch they then called customer care service who said that we cannot give you a new couch until we send a tech out to your house for them to look at your couch to sayThat is broken or they can fix it the sales person Frank was very nice trying to help them push for them to say that I believe it is broken and that she should get a new couch the customer care service did not help me whatsoever and I have to wait till Thursday for a tech to come out to look at the broken couch to say that is broken and now I have to wait for a new couch that I will not get probably till after Christmas I am very unsatisfied with my service at Bob’s furniture customer care service they did not help me helping a customer in there in the department of customer care service I am very unsatisfied
