I have been a Bobs customer for over six years. Multiple products bought and I never complained.
Recently my couch's wooden arm broken. The kids accidentally broken it by being kids. They are six and eight weigh less than sixty pounds. I call Bob's because I have goof proof and because a couch shouldn't break by small kids.
I was denied my claim for accidentally damage because this was a preventable Incident said a customer rep. How do you prevent a child being a child? Crickets...... I asked what an accident is if this wasn't and they said something that wasn't preventable.
Confused as this incident wasn't preventable. I said loyalty doesn't count or keeping a customer right?
I was told I could go somewhere else. Worst experience ever.
