i went to the so. portland store on tuesday 7/12 and after 4 salespersons walked by me, i said would anybody like to sell me something??
Well, Bruce sold me a chair from the e-pit which I took with me. I also, purchased a
chaise lounge and they had to order it. I was told to come back Saturday morning to pickup. I had the lounge loaded in my suv.
When I got it home and I unwrapped the lounge it was the wrong color. After an 1 1/2 hrs nighmare of phone calls to have the corrected one ordered and have the delivery charged waived--. I received a phone call on Monday 7/18 to confirm delivery on 7/20 between 7:30-10:30a.m. My husband took off the mnornint to wait for delivery--well, at 9:45a.m.
he received a call the they would not be delivery the lounge because it was damaged. they didn't know that at 7:30a.m. My husband called and talked to three(3) supervisor with no help-just a handfull of soooorrys!! we now have to wait until saturday sometime between 7:30-10:30.
another lost day of work- the saleman (bruce) the customers service, Daniel, Tanya, Caroline and a nother female who would not give her name. so I am holding a chair that I don't want and my monies was taken by Bob's. Bob's discount firniture was no customer serice skills--nor do they want any-it;s commission-commission commission.
Do not shop at bob's I will be posting this on Facebook and with the better Business Bureau. now they keep changing the imgae code so you can post this complaint!!
