5 attempts to get my furniture. I end up picking it up myself.And they have the nerve to argue over my delivery charge returned.They offer a in store gift card.I won't return to that store.

They offer half back. And after i say i'll go to the store and make a scene. They decide to return it. Instead of owning the mistake.They apologize.

Fix it! instead of making me fix it!

I bought a living set from bobs its 4 years old. I called several times for them to sew the tear in between the couch pillows and they came fixed it and the rip has come back bigger. The couch faded badly and scratches easily . The quality of this couch is very poorly made so unhappy. The tables I bought with this set are totally faded too. Money down the drain. We spent $660.00 on a recliner so my husband could be comfortable during chemo treatments. There is now a big gash in one arm, called for the "goof proof" extra warranty we purchased. NOT COVERED!!! They told me it isn't cut right down through the layers. So, I should have taken a knife and ripped it more????? I was sent a letter saying sorry, not covered. No answer from the email I sent in response. Try taking a phone photo of a black recliner to send as proof. They didn't send a real person to look. They based their decision on a photo. THANKS BOB. BE WARNED PEOPLE. DONT BOTHER TO SPEND MONEY ON A GOOF PROOF WARRANTY.

I fought tooth and nail over the Bob o pedic electric recliner. Had it replaced twice due to the frame leaned to the right.

First tech tried to blame my dogs. Got the 2nd recliner and in 3 days I saw it leaning again. 2nd tech said The frame was defective. I told Bobs I was done.

I dont want another chair or have to go pick out another and give more money to the store. I demanded my money back or I would file a dispute with my credit card company. I was not paying for a defective chair. Plus I missed 4 days of work to wait for techs and deliveries.

It was costing me more than what the chair was worth. Needless to say, I got a full refund.

Goof proof included. I will never buy anything there again!

Waited for delivery...received a call that delivery was in front if my home, and I explained that I would be out shortly, when i came out 5 minutes later I discovered they had taken off. Since i was their ladt delivery, delivery guys took off and i have no bed to sleep on.
