made many calls to customer service. i spoke to representatives only to be put on hold and then hung up on.
a suppervisor was supposed to call me back the same day with info. one week later i called back to be hung up on again. whats going on? all i want is them to honor the warranty that i paid extra of my hard earned money for.
if no action is taken to resolve this problem i will contact the better business beureau. please resole this matter. im writting more words even though ive said all iwant to say because i have to write 100 words is rediculous.
this whole thing is turning out to be a complete farse. i just want bobs to honor the warrantee i purchased.
