On May 27, 2015 our couch,which was a replacement couch for 3 previously delivered couch's that also had numerous defects, was delivered without a button on the right side to recline the sofa. *** in the side of the sofa is unacceptable.

This should never have left the warehouse. This whole situation has become completely ridiculous. I have been paying for a sofa since January that I have not been able to enjoy yet. Hopefully somebody who cares about customer satisfaction will read this and reach out to me.

At this point I find it very difficult to believe that Bob cares about his customers.
