I spent a ton of money at Bobs and the service keep getting worse. They can not handle the volume

of business and don't seem to care.

I purchased living room & dininning set, deleivery driver would not assemble the sets. I called and complained, they promised to send someone to set it up, never did and never call me back even

after 2-3 calls from me.

So dummy me, buy from them again, driver would not setup the bed frame to place the matress and box sprint. Would have taken him one minute, The guy was RUDE to me, What an ***. I always tip well.

I cancelled the order and Bob didn't even care. I did get my money back
